Pizza Hut

I had ordered twice this week as we are currently moving and have nothing right now, both times I have ordered it has been perfect. Name placed on my ticket was Rebecca, and she was very sweet and helpful! She offered us the works with plastic ware and made sure we had everything we needed. We love this customer service and will definitely be back!!

45 minutes left on buffet when we came in. Only 3 partial pizzas, 2 bread sticks, and 3 cinnamon bread sticks. There were 5 of us and at least 4 other groups of people. We asked if they were going to make more pizzas and bread and waitress said she "didn't know!." Just then a group of 4 came in and girl at counter told them we aren't making anymore for buffet. They went and looked, and said " then we're leaving". If I would have been told that we would have too. Place was great before covid. Now, we won't be back. Cost me $40 some dollars for the worst pizza choices and salads. You know it sucks when little kids don't like the pizza.

Waitress didn't put enough ice in tea it melted b4 it got to the table and the tea was warm not cold. Had to go to register to pay bill was not brought to us at our table. But the most ridiculous thing was when we asked for silverware we were given plastic silverware to eat off of. What happened to all the regular silverware for the dine in customers? Other wise the food was excellent everyone was pleased with it.

Buffet poorly.stocked and salad bar not fresh. Waiter tried to seat us at a dirty booth, then blames everyone else on the staff for the tables being dirty and the salad bar not being fresh. Couldn't even provide napkins and silverware without us having to prompt him. Has to be the worst Pizza Hut in the USA. I just don't understand how it landed in one of the best towns in the whole USA.

Had the buffet. The pizza was cold , hard and both the breads they offered where undercooked. The kid running the register had no clue how ro make changr. Have them a second chance today for buffet. The pizza were not cut all the way and when the server asked for the pizza to be cut the manger told her once he cut a pizza he would not cut it again. She had to ask twice. He did cut it but then throw it at her causing it to hit the floor. This was a MANAGER. . You could tell she was afraid of him.. this man should have been fired on the spot but the other manger only made excuses for him. It is a shame that he knows that he is not held accountable for his actions.

Had the buffet a few times now since they opened it back up and it has been the best one yet! Servers are very friendly and the managers are always busy and on top of it! Love that the buffet is back! My family and I had came in to eat a few days ago and our server was very friendly! Becca had made sure out drinks were never empty and our food was correct and delicious!
