Taco Bell

Went through the drive through to get a quick dinner and will not go back. They were very rude. I had to repeat myself several times and they kept asking if that was all while I was telling them what was next to add on the order. Got to the window and they were rude as well. I paid for the food, got it, and left. I should have pulled over and checked. They did not take the cheese off certain items like I told them because my daughter is allergic to dairy. We ended up with something that we didn't order and they also didn't give us some of the items that we ordered. And when I try to call them, the phone goes straight to a busy signal. Worst service ever by them.

This is usually the go-to location for me. They seem to be much faster. The times that I have gone, it wasn't really busy. The staff is always super friendly. This time, they were out of a lot of items which is unusual for them, in my opinion. The dine in was always really clean and well taken care of. I definitely recommend using this location for the drive-thru. It seems like record speed compared to the other locations in Abilene.

I don't want to complain but I ordered 2 soft tacos 2 sides of rice 1 chips and cheese and a sunshine cherry freeze and it cost $10.34. When I sat down to eat the rice containers were only 1/2 full about 3 tablespoons the cheese for the chips only had about 2 teaspoons of cheese. I then looked at my soft tacos and there was a 1/2 teaspoon of cheese and a small pinch of lettuce with about 2 tablespoons of meat all for $10.34. Then when I really got to looking I had 15 mild sauce packets for 2 tacos and there were 2 cup containers for the cheese. Who do I complain too?

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 beefy melt burritos. The guy said my total would be $7 and some odd cents. Asked if I wanted to round it up to $8 for some sort of charity, so I said sure. I get to the window and give him my card and he then gives me my food pretty quickly, however he did not give me my card back. I thought well he’s busy and he’ll give to me in a second. No, several minutes go by and still nothing. I finally wave at him to get his attention and let him know he never gave me my card back. I thought this was rather odd. Anyway, I get home and I had been charged an extra $18 on top of the $8 for my order. Also, I was given 2 beefy 5 layer burritos instead of beefy MELT burritos. Incredibly annoying experience

Honestly so fed up with this one visit! We try ordering online the app won't let us order we show up and get told they are out of stock on the steak okay no problem. Then the next few items we pick are online only and something they don't know how to make down to the basics! Next the guy taking our drive through order was rude and would not respond when we would add an item. He put something in which we had to correct multiple times and still missed items giving the order at the window. Now that I am hole the food was made wrong! Absolutely the worse service I've gotten anywhere and will be finding alternative foods from now on Absolutely terrible!

I usually place my order online or through the app cause it seems quicker and easier for both parties but anytime anything was out or wrong they have always fixed it and i go here quite often and yes every now and then whoever makes the taco skimps them extremely but 9 out of 10 times theyre made perfect and its taco bell so what do you really expect?
