Subway

Terrible experience. The guy making our food CLEARLY didn’t care whether or not it was done well. He just grabbed handfuls of veggies and slapped them down on the bread without even the slightest feigned interest in even spreading them out. When I asked if they had any salad dressing, he snapped that they have Ranch. He was more interested in telling the other worker what veggies to go prep than even paying attention to what he was making. I get that these high school kids are over worked, under paid, deal with the public, and have to do it all during COVID, but come on! It wasn’t even busy.

I got 10 spinach leaves literally and my pickles - extra pickles were all to one end in a wad, the wrap was folded at least 3 inches inwards on both sides, I paid all most 11 dollars for an online wrap sandwich order no wider then my fist, the amount of the ingredients inside the wrap was about 1/4 of what is in one of their salad bowls, unfortunately I could not return it because I only get 30 minutes for lunch,

My coworkers and I have had a multitude of issues with this Subway. They seem to completely ignore/ refuse customization as simple as adding cheese to a meatball marinara sandwich. I have never been to a Subway that outright refused to put cheese on a sandwich when it was an available cheese until this one. They also want you to pay $7 for a “salad” consisting of spinach and cherry tomatoes slathered in mustard. It is not worth the time, money, or effort to go to this location when they treat customers lower than dirt and don’t want to do anything beyond the basic sandwich.

This store on Judge Ely used to be my go to Subway, but now I have to find another, or just forget Subways altogether. They certainly can't use the old BK slogan of "Have It Your Way." Okay, here's what I mean: So, you see, I have my favorite sandwich, which includes roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and a whole lot of bell peppers. Today--for the first time at this store--the manager stopped the server from giving me my desired amount of bell peppers. I kept asking for more, but she said no, they have a limit of how much they can give out. I also asked if I could pay extra for more, and the answer was also "no." To me, this doesn't make sense. Why alienate the customer and not allow him what he wants? Also, I could have asked for the "maximum amount" (whatever that is) of pickles, cucumbers, spinach, etc., which would have made my sandwich have more total veges than just if I got the amount of bell peppers that I wanted. Okay, if I can't get the sub the way I want it...I'm not coming to this store again. Out of all the Subways I've been to, I've run in to only three stores now that have not allowed me to have my sub the way I want it. Additionally, on this visit, after they toasted my sandwich, it set there for over 5 minutes before they started asking me what else I wanted on it, so it was not warm any more by the time I got it. So, Subway, if this is the way you do business, no thanks. It's not like your sandwiches are all that anyway.

Both the employees and manger are extremely rude to to customers and do not care about customer satisfaction. You will spend 20-30 minutes in the establishment waiting for you order to be fulfilled. It is highly encourage the this particular Subway be avoid at all cost by everyone in the area and ACU students too!! The is a Subway located in the TX-351 Walmart that will treated customer with the dignity that they deserve.
