They forgot our order and after one hour we called and they said we didnt place an order. Then they delivered it but the quality was not as good as before. Also we ordered spicy and got regular shawarma. The guy on the phone was also rude.

A small shop in mirdif serving a nice shawarma both meat and chicken. Well priced for such a good quality quick bite. Also serves falafel and other snacks are also acceptable. The staff are very nice people and always positive. Recommended for a quick and an affordable bite. 3/5

They have decent shawarma. Their grills are amazing but they take ages to make them. The only real problem with this place is the time they take to make the food. You usually wait around 20 min for a small order.

what a pathetic service. .They should learn the courtesy to inform customers about any possible delay. 1hour 55 min yet to receive the order.<br/>After 1 hour passed, zomato informed it might take max 20min more. Waited but I had no other option to cancel the order after 1hr 50 min.<br/>Not recommending such loosers

I used to love their food ... just got delivery of a falafel plate and special meat shawarma ... tool a bite of the falafel and threw the rest in the bin ! Falafel was stale and microwaved !!! Ridiculous !<br/>Will never order or recommend this place ever again !!!

Had meat shawerma, double chicken shawerma, and hummus beruti. I can say without doubt this is in the top three shawerma's I had in Dubai during the past 12 years. All was perfect, their saj bread was so good. Highly recommended.

Worst food ever. Ordered special Arabic shawarma was tasteless and just like boiled chicken and a bread. The other order which was meat shawarma plate the meat was full of fat pieces and smelled bad. Won’t order from this shop again

Best Shawerma in town according to the hubby...<br/>Excellent grills...<br/>Sandwiches are nice...<br/>Appetizers are good...<br/>Fast and prompt delivery.<br/>Friendly and awesome staff...<br/>If you will order the meat shawerma, ask them add extra taheena because it might be a little dry.<br/>Would ask them to work on their 'cheese manaqeesh' because it is just thin dough with cheese.<br/>Other than that they are great.

I hope i can give this restaurant less than this rating, worst shawurma ever. I ordered Mexican shawerma and Arabic chicken Shawerma along with chicken grill, it came cold and full or garlic. Very oily food and they didnt have bread with the chicken grill. You can smell the oil before you even open the meals. will never order from this restaurant again.

This is my local go to place for Lebanese style food.<br/>It's cheap yet good! I've never had a bad meal. <br/>Love the grills and the shawarma. Nice and clean food, fast delivery. Never dined in as it's best for takeaway.

A place to eat out once in a life only . Taste was not that good as expected. Ordered chicken sherwama in Saj bread but apparently the chicken filed inside was to over cooked n to dry.. The Saj bread was over toasted from one end n from other was not at all toasted. Disappointing service

Hmm, where to begin. First, the prices on the menu is wrong, tried to order online, and then received a phone call from the call center in India telling me that the prices increased. <br/>Second, the reviews here at Zomato are fake for this restaurant. There is at least 3 accounts that gave this restaurant a positive review with 5 stars and bmvever reviewed or rated any other resturant in the UAE. So they were created to the sole purpose of having fake high reviews. <br/>Thirdly, the order I received was wrong, I ordered ONE saj shawarma and 3 normal, only to get all 4 of them saj. <br/>Fourth, and most importantly, the food. It was very bad that I actually got sick with my wife the next day. The chicken Shawerma was very bad and bold. One of the worst. I ordered 2 shish tawook sandwiches which surprisingly came with lettuce!?!!??!?!??!??! How ?!? And where ?!? And why?!?!? When did u ever see a shish tawook with lettuce?!?!? It was so freaking bad. <br/>I want Zomato to please check those Fake accounts and do something, because if more people are doing this to their reviews then what's the need of the whole Zomato app?!?!

Sometimes their shawerma is dry and the bread is hard and not toasted properly, but 80% of the time the food is amazing. i ordered two shawerma sandwiches and the food came in under 10 minutes from the time of delivery, and also the food was very good.

Ordered on the zomato app and the food came well in time, the mixed grill was decent, but the lamb shawarma was very disappointing, all three sandwiches were dry ( not enough tahina) the meat was dry and almost burnt! Not soo sure I would order from here next time!

Their delivery is fast but they can do much more better on the shawarmas. Their meat shawarma tasted a little bit dry. Their chicken shawarma was ok but can be better. I didn't like their garlic paste and would suggest they get a better garlic paste ingredient.

Ordered meat shawarma, received a chicken shawarma. Needless to say, it was dry and tasted bland. The cheese and muhammara saj barely had any cheese and the saj bread was elastic. The falafel pieces were soft and soggy. The saj nutella was tasteless - the little amount of chocolate used was dried up between inedible pieces of saj bread. The only thing that tasted normal was the hummus but it's nothing special. This place is best avoided.

I Visited restaurant many times and ordered through online ordering, I found out that the food are so delicious and the delivery service very fast. I like the fresh shawerma with Saj Bread and the sauces are very tasty. Also, they have tasty grills with all kinds.<br/>To Sum up, I highly recommend this restaurant for all who are interested in good food and average cost.

We went there looking for shawarma at 12:30 am on a Wednesday, we were a bit surprised that they still had shawarma when no one else did. It only took less than 10 minutes to find out why. For 10 dhs we got an incredibly dry shawarma, barely any tahina, and just overall pretty bad. I wouldn't go back, rather get something else.

Have been here like 4 or five times, the chicken is much better than the beef, they use a good quality Saj bread and it is toasted, the classic technic used in the the Levantine countries for their shawarmas. I like also the falafel plate here, crispy and creamy, the tahina sauce is good. Offer s a combo with a big shawarma+fries+soft drink for AED 15. Very good deal.<br/>

It's a very nice restaurant. They have authentic Lebanese grilled items. My usual is either full grilled chicken or 1 kg of mixed grill. Quantity is very good. They send salad, garlic mayo , pickles and lots of bread. Whenever I have visitors at home I prefer ordering from here. The person who takes order on phone is very polite and helpful. I have always recieved the food hot and fresh. As they are very busy so sometimes I have to wait longer. Also I think they should lower the prices little bit as I find the food items overly priced.

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate some time ago and the quality of the chicken is meh. There are chewy pieces in there. There's nothing "sah" (means right) about such shawarma. There shouldn't be any gristle in there. I don't understand why shawarma restaurants don't know what shawarma is or how it should be. Are they trying to save money by adding meat pieces that are meant to be thrown away?

Worst Food ever . Was my last order . Amazing.. really the best shawerma in dubai.. i ordered both chicken and beef in arabic bread without potatoes inside and with extra pickles.. my son was not hungry yet he ate the whole sandwich. I really recommend it for everyone.
