We just visited one of the amazing restaurant's in Al qouz. Had tried their Executive Mix Grill Barbeque platter which is can be shared by two to three pax. The grills was better than some restaurant because it's a bit juicy not dry and chewable . The Biryani and Pulao is superb. We'll surely recommend to some friends.

WORST EXPERIENCE ordering from this restaurant. I placed and order and the estimate delivery time was about 50 mins which i was okay with and waited . But than 50 mins past and i waited , another 30 past and so i chatted with zomato and they apologized for the delay and provided me with the riders number . i called the rider and he kept disconnecting my call . so i waited for another 10 mins and called the restaurant to which the guy at the restaurant asked me to wait another 10-20 mins and so i was furious i asked them why they took the order if they could not deliver the food even after waiting for 1 and half hour and he just told me to wait if i wanted my food with and attitude like this is the only restaurant which provides food in dubai so i asked him why he said that to which he simply said that he will cancel my order and call back the rider if i dint want to wait. i was speechless how a restaurant which is supposed to provide customer service could threaten a customer in that manner . i disconnected the call and then the restaurant called back saying he canceled my order . i was furious and asked him how he canceled my order without me canceling and after i waited 1 and half hour . and he simply said he canceled . it was half past midnight and i was extremely hungry so i shouted back at the guy to keep his food ( wat was i to do when he already canceled the food ) and so i disconnected the call . he kept calling back and i kept disconnecting 3 times finally i had to block the restaurants number. If zomato promotes and supports this type of hooligans to provide customer service than i would rather delete zomato app and go for other options or the restaurant should hire professional people to run there restaurant instead of some hot headed hooligans who thinks he owns the world after taking money from customers.

Whilst ordering the food, the delivery time was 35mins. After accepting the order it was 55mins, and the actual food was delivered 1.5 hours later. Consistent follow up only got same answer “Sir, the delivery guy has left will reach you in 10mins”. Finally after 3 failed calls and 1 failed Zomato chat, the delivery man showed up. Food was cold as it came out of the fridge and had absolutely NO TASTE. I recommend this restaurant only if someone has lots of money to waste!! One should enjoy a cup of Karak tea and some falafels from the neighborhood corner store instead of wasting money on ordering from this restaurant. Cheers!!!

Nice mixed grill platters. Good enough for 2 people. Being an avid carnivore I love trying out meats of different restaurants and their grills are definitely on par with the great ones. Packaging is usually neat and tidy and grills are always hot. I like the chicken wings in the mixed grill filled with masalas.

I have been ordering food from Zaiqa over a year now. They have some of the authentic Pakistani cousine and taste. DO NOT believe their ratings. It's FAKE. They can cancel your order anytime without a genuine reason. Happened to have ordered from this restaurant (fooled by their ratings) After 45 MINUTES, a random person calls and tells me that they can't deliver to my place. Even though it was far from my place, they honored their promise of the delivery time. I ordered the chicken executive combo, I was pleasantly surprised by the neat arrangement of the varous items in the combo. The biryani, kababs and the chicken curry were really nice.<br/>I would definitely order again.<br/>Also they gave a free sheer khorma[desert] which was really appreciated.

I hadn't tried anything yet from this place but I was tempted to try their tandoori chicken lollipop...i felt the taste and packing was good...one imli chutney and pudina raita was also there and the salad was satisfying but i deducted one star because the chicken lollipop wasnt lollipop actually but chicken wings and very small in size...also the imli chutney was a little watery....overall, the 'lollipops' tasted good enough...price is reasonable too.

Yesterday night we had dinner in Zaiqa Restaurant. Food was amazing and authentic Pakistani taste. Staff was very humble and helpful, they were attentive and fast. We had Palak Paneer, Biryani, Chapali Kabab and BBQ, all were super delicious but Chapali Kabab was on the top.
We had an amazing time as we went there as a family and found very nice family area with proper privacy. Restaurant was clean and tidy and food was served perfectly.
I highly recommend this restaurant to all Pakistanis as well as Indians. Because Palak paneer and veg items are worth trying. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
