The Haleem was served cold, which spoiled the whole taste. Mutton dum biryani is not at all Hyderabadi in taste. Please don’t name it Hyderabadi biryani when you can’t do justice to the authentic taste of Hyderabad. Finally ordered Manchuria which was equally not good. Waste of money, won’t satisfy your taste buds or quench your hunger. Being a Hyderabadi myself would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sorry guys you need to change your chef or rename your dishes. Please don’t spoil the name of Hyderabad.

Deccan Delight Restaurant is an Amazing delicious Hyderabadi Cuisine, reasonably priced and quite affordable. I ordered full Tandoori Chicken and 2 Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryanies. The order was delivered on time as quoted by Mr. Ali. Rightful blend of biryani flavour as it had all kinds of flavors that a perfect biryani should have. Tandoori Chicken was so well grilled that all pieces were so tender and full of right spices and ingredients. Salan and raita toast up the taste. I highly recommend this restaurant. Cheers !!!! 😀👍

I had lunch here last Friday. I ordered their Chef special Bhunna Mutton which was basically like kofta in mince meat masala. It was delicious. I also ordered their butter chicken which a bit towards sweeter side but that's how I like my butter chicken. I tried their mutton and chicken Hyderabadi biryani which is their bestseller. The masala was perfect. I liked it. On the whole, it's a good place with a great ambiance for family dine-in.

Living in Dubai for so many years, it’s easy to understand the flavors which are incredible and authentic. <br/>We got a chicken 65 biryani, mutton dum biryani, butter chicken, butter naan and mango lassi! <br/>Each and every item was delicious<br/>My most favorite was 65 biryani. I got a chance to visit this restaurant "Deccan Delight" located in Jumeirah Village Circle(JVC). It's a Hyderabadi restaurant and they serve authentic Hyderabadi food. It's well lit and clean restaurant with comfortable seating arrangement. We had a wonderful experience and I was delighted to have their authentic delicacies. @deccandelightdxb <br/> <br/>We were served with their famous Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani and Mixed Bbq Platter with different yoghurt dips and their famous Hyderabadi curry which complimented well with Biryani.<br/><br/>Mutton Dum Biryani had perfect hyderabadi taste and aroma with balanced spices and mouth melting meat chunks. The meat was well cooked and flavoured therefore the marination was done just right . The rice used was fragrant and aromatic, each grain was separate and perfectly fluffed. There was no trace of oil in the Biryani which was the best part. I devoured every single bite of it 😋<br/><br/>The Mixed Bbq Platter had around 5 kinds of assorted Chicken Tikka and Mutton seekh kababs. <br/>Loved their chicken tikka, it was tender and succulent, each one had it's own distinctive colour and flavour. The grills were well done absolutely soft and flavourful. Mutton seekh kababs were scrumptious too. Loved the platter and I relished every bite of it.<br/><br/>Staff was courteous and hospitable, service was prompt and we were well attended.<br/>We enjoyed our dinner, would surely visit them again.<br/>I would rate my overall experience as 10/10.<br/><br/>

If you have lots of time then order them or in lunch time can order for dinner then you can expect to get your order on time.. really in this fastest Dubai I have found slowest restaurant n unproductive, n they don’t have any courtesy call yet n not evening taking my call.. I have completed more than 2 hours but still I didn’t get my food n my guest also left with this insults... you I don’t recommend to order them n don’t order if you hungry or you have guest... 100% you will curse yourself why you made order from them... I won’t do it again ..’finally I got my good at 11:50 PM ordered around 8:30pm.. n it was n cold n full tasteless...

We haven't explored JVC much in terms of food but now we are set to change it. We found out about Deccan delights from one of our friends to try their Hyderabadi Biryani and we landed there next day.<br/><br/>The place is small but has big dreams, they serve one of the most yummiest and authentic Hyderabadi Biryani in Dubai.<br/><br/>We tried their mix grill platter, dum Biryani and double ka meetha. Everything was up to mark but Biryani was just out of this world and we highly recommend you to try it.

Excellent Hyderabadi food ..and never lets you down..big fan of the Chicken 65 Biryani ..and all their Mutton curries are great..Staff is as well very polite and friendly ! My favourite biriyani in Dubai so far! And I have been in Dubai for 6 plus years! The biriyani has just the right masala and is so flavorful. We take many of our friends here and everyone loves it!. Only recommendation is to deliver to further locations from JVC. On Zomato we cant even order to Dubai Media city.

I have ordered a couple of times from here and the quality is very poor. The currys are always super oily. You can literally see the layer of thick oil on top as it has not mixed with the curry. Their quality of meat is also poor as it’s super chewy.

Dined in first time and loved their food. Decided to place an a delivery order on Zomoto the next time, they took almost 2 hours to deliver. Upon arrival of food the delivery guy told me next time the food will be delivered within an hour if you call the restaurant and place the order instead of ordering from Zomoto. The 2nd time I placed an order by calling them and requested to also send a card machine to make the payment, which they agreed to send on the phone. The delivery guy arrives without a card machine, Deccan Delights agrees it was their mistake they forgot to send the card machine and said will send the same the next day, next day he comes to collect the payment without the card machine again and he was extremely angry and irritated when I told him I don't have cash (not my fault since I requested the card machine), he had to come after again later with the card machine - problem resolved. I placed an order again by calling them last night and requested the card machine, the delivery guy arrives without the card machine AGAIN, this time I luckily had cash, gave cash to him and he didn't have change to give me back and they sent the wrong food. I had ordered for full gravy, they sent me half gravy. I was irritated since the delivery guy can't do anything about this, I paid him without getting my change back and took the half gravy (paid for full). I called Deccan Delights and placed a complaint and they didn't do anything about it. A bad experience, think twice before you order. If u request a card machine, they don't bring it and be prepared to get the wrong item delivered and to pay the full price and also have exact change..

Was around barsha for a meeting and we were in total mood for hyderabadi lunch, immediately dropped to this location since I personally had food from the original deccan delight in Ajman and Sharjah and though that this is their branch but to my surprise it wasnt, Why would some one pick up an existing name ?? Restaurant had a welcoming decor and sit out and was neatly done, food was decent nothing extra ordinary but biryani was let down and so was service. If around the area might consider trying out one more time.

The ist time I ordered mutton fry biryani and the second time I ordered mutton dum biryani. Both the time the food was horrible. May be this is the worst Hyderabadi restaurant in Dubai. The mutton was uncooked and really hard and there were no spices or flavour in the biryani. I am never ordering from this place again.

Rice was awesome perfect spice . <br/>The mirchi salan was good and biryani was accompanied with a chicken 65 dish part of the family order Which was good also <br/>The chicken tikka masala we ordered was not good , no Taste just excessive spice and gravy . <br/>Would Be good if the menu mentions wat accompanies the combo or family pack meals so we can choose according. <br/>Shahi tukda Taste was ok however I found a metal piece when eating <br/>That was a bit scary

Deccan Delight is one of the best discoveries this season. It's a delightful small restaurant that serves excellent Hyderabadi cuisine. Unfortunately some of the other elements like ambience and hygiene undo the great score on food.<br/><br/>The restaurant serves excellent food. The biryani was uniquely Hyderabadi. The mutton was nicely done. However the restaurant needs to pay some attention to the overall experience. Improve the ambience just a little bit, the cleanliness and hygiene a few notches and we have a winner. Pserving water in plastic glasses???

My craving for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine ends here .. No more requests to friends/family flying back from Hyderabad for parcels..Lol.. <br/><br/>I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant in all aspects ..We’d ordered their DD Spl Dum mutton biryani , it was as perfect as it can be ,even the serving portions was quite adequate. Their mixed grill was succulent ,tender and tasty as well which my kids gladly devoured .. Even if I had to be absolute stringent the only grey spot in my entire experience will be the slightly longer waiting time , which they kindly obliged owing to a full house and freshly prepared grills which any foodie like me will gladly accept as it’s so worth the wait.<br/><br/>I’d strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who craves great food ,not heavy on the wallet or guilt of hogging (Healthy after feeling) for I surely will be going back and soon 😊!! <br/><br/>Bon Appetite!!

Happy to find a good Indian Restaurant within our community. My son and I really enjoyed the Mutton Biryani. We were blessed with Shahi Tudka as complimentary dessert and it was indeed delicious accompaniment to the biryani. The chai was just right too.would definitely return with the rest of the family to try more dishes.

Food is really tasty. Had Mutton Sheekh Kebab which was good enough. I tried 3 types of Naan-Butter Naan,Garlic Coriander Naan and Keema Naan,they tasted simply awesome very buttery n soft texture. Paneer Makhni was too delicious and I loved its gravy.I would surely go again to explore the other dishes. Highly Recommended for Indian Food lovers.

Mutton biryani is to die for: the aroma, texture and quantity of their speciality is a complete sin for Cheating day and worth It! First of all the food taste and quality is good. But customer service is zero. I ordered a Mutton biriyani for take away in the afternoon and paid 22aed. But when I reached home and checked it, it was only plain rice.<br/>Then I called them and they told me to send a Pic for confirmation. After that I went in the evening and I paid again 18aed for Mutton biriyani.(i thought I will pay for what I eat) <br/>Here again they failed. And gave 5 very very small Mutton pieces and 2 of them was bones. I never fought with them nor I said I need it free. I paid for what I bought. <br/>Really bad customer service and I felt like they have insulted me. Sorry to say..<br/>I would give a zero star for customer service <br/>. <br/>
