Was trying this outlet for the first time. My first impression was the ambience was very cozy, good to have a nice cup of coffee. We ordered for strawberry cheese cake, blueberry cheesecake and cappuccino and double espresso coffee. Enjoyed it. Service was exceptionally good. Will definitely revisit.

Located in Bur Juman centre this is a nice place to chill with friends. I saw quite a few tourists who were sipping coffee after hard day of shopping.<br/><br/>Vanilla Expresso chiller is something new which i decided to try. Did not find it exceptional though.

This has to be one of the oldest restaurants in burjuman mall where we finally got to try this restaurant out. We ordered the strawberry chiller which is our usual favorite. However on this occasion the drink was very sour to the extent it was unpleasant to drink.<br/>We approached the staff and were told that it is the batch of syrup that is sour and there is nothing they can do.<br/>Surely you need to taste your products before giving out sub standard drinks to paying customers.<br/>Very disappointed and will not go back there again.

Had a cafe mocha and iced cafe mocha.. Taste and ambience were good. Though iced cafe wasn't so good. Iced cafe (3/5).<br/>A glass of cafe would be enough to be filled .. And i always feel filled having one big glass of cafe mocha (4/5)..<br/>Good silent area inside the mall and one disappointing thing is that we were on hunt for a clean table without any leftovers (used sugar sachets) and waterdrops and i couldn't find one and atlast i threw the waste out of the table so that we can sit and relax and have our coffee..

One of the better ones. This branch is at the side of the new Brands for less opening. Large seating area. The surrounding area is pretty lonely now because the existing shops have all closed down.<br/>But very comfortable and relaxing.<br/>I seats are very soft and allows you to enjoy your time.<br/>I took the Creme Brulee latte coffee at 20 dhs. Very nice foamy coffee. 4.5/5.<br/>Added the Tiramisu cake at 23.50 dhs. Soft but firm. Delicate flavour of tiramisu and coffee was excellent.<br/>Even the paper napkins were monogrammed with a nice picture. And also the cups. Every part shows the style and touch of a expert.

Whenever I have coffee with friends at Bur Juman Centre, Gloria Jeans is the choice. Although there is not much difference from the many specialized coffee shops within the vicinity, still this outlet provides a convenient place to just relax and take a sip of your favorite coffee (or tea, as you may prefer). Affordable and quite recommendable.

I go to Gloria jeans quite often as they have great chillers. But they definitely have some let downs.<br/>1. 80% of the branches never have whipped cream for some reason.2. Some branches refuse to serve our chillers 1 by 2 while other branches give.<br/>I would give the coffee 3.5/5 but they really need to improve their customer service.

After walking around burjuman settled down here at this outlet which is quiet and away from the crowd...Ordered Coconut white chocolate and White ice chocolate along with chicken ceaser salad croissant and pizza pepperoni croissant..<br/><br/>The order was served very fast and the staff was courteous and friendly...Enjoyed the coconut white chocolate as it was nice n sweet and the croissants were bit soggy.

A good cup of cappuccino is what I need to bring me to life after a long day of walking and shopping. I'm not a usual and Gloria Jean's, so I decided to give it a shot when I was at Burjuman mall yesterday. The coffee itself was very like warm and mild; I like my coffee to be slightly strong and hot, which this one lacked. This, hence, is not one of my favourite coffees.

Located in the old wing of the mall, Gloria Jeans is away from the crowd and bright lights of the new Burjuman. The seats are arranged in such a way that you cannot hear the conversation of the other table; it is a good spot to have a meeting or simply enjoy a piece of chocolate cake without the claustrophobic feeling.

I have been to quite a few Gloria jeans coffees. They have always stood above their standard with quality products and drinks. Their Cocoa Loco and Hot Chocolate are sublime. The staff is pleasant and courteous. If you like good coffee with a friendly atmosphere and great food, this is the place to go!

My fiance and I bought 2 cobone vouchers amounting to AED 40 each. We have bought vouchers like this before and did not had any problems. We wanted to order 2 large drinks, 1 cake and 1 muffin. We mentioned that we want to use 2 vouchers on our today's order. The lady (borrowed on that day to this branch as she explained) says she does not know how to encode the vouchers and go on explaining blah blah.. Long story short she punched 1 large drink with whipped cream, 1 muffin and 1 cake which tallied to AED 56. She then said she can only use 1 voucher per receipt and asked us to pay AED 16. Why would I pay an amount that should have been covered by the voucher in the first place? So we asked if she can void that and separate the orders into 2 so we can use the vouchers. But she said that she can't void the order as their manager is on a meeting. Great! Exasperated, I open my wallet but the lady said that she will just shoulder the AED 16. We placed our order for take away and immediately went home with 1 drink, 1 cake and 1 muffin. We love their coffee and cakes but please if you are promoting something on the internet, train your people how to use them. If you don't know then find out how. What if we were living far away and purposely went to this branch to use the voucher? How inconvenient will that be?

Glad to find a coffee shop that serves Turkish Coffee, I mean if you look at the menu of other coffee shops such as "starbucks, Caribou, Costa", they all do not have Turkish Coffee. If you are looking for a place that serves good coffee and decent snacks and offers a quiet, calm environment, where you can hold a conversation than Gloria Jeans at Bur Juman ticks all the boxes :). <br/><br/>It's been my favorite when I need to have a quiet catch up or a meeting as they are located on the second floor, which doesn't attract too much crowd. <br/><br/>The staff and service as perfect and their selection of teas and coffee is great as well. And fairly reasonable for a mall outlet.

It was a very disappointing experience. The staff was highly uninterested and slow. There was so much confusion. <br/>We had the mexican salad and cheese sandwich. These were the only vegetarian options. Both were just average. <br/>The iced mocha and flat white were decent.

I'm a big coffee lover so I thought of trying out a new coffee joint. The staff is quite humble, however I feel that the coffee and the other eatable items on the menu are quite overpriced for the quality provided. I think they should work on their flavours.. A few of them taste amazing, while the others are just bland, nothing extraordinary for the customers.

This review is purely based on the coffee that i had. Went in on a weekday, the mall wasnt crowded so quite peaceful around. Stepped in for a coffee and chose the regular cappuccino. Coffee was just average nothing exceptional. Seating was comfortable hence stayed in for quite sometime. Enjoyed it overall.

I was just hanging out with a friend at Burjuman Centre and we were craving for some really good coffee. We were roaming around aimlessly and spotted Gloria Jean's Coffee.<br/><br/>This was the first time I was trying Gloria Jean's Coffee. A few people I know love Gloria Jean's, so I was hoping I'll like it too.<br/><br/>I am a big fan of mocha so I planned to try out the Nutty Mocha Frost. <br/><br/>I took the first sip and I fell in love with the coffee. It had a perfect blend of mocha and coffee. It was not very bitter. It was not very sweet. It was just the way I liked it. Plus there were a few bits of nuts as well. I am happy to say that this has become my favourite coffee now and it is not at all pricey. I give it a big thumbs up.<br/><br/>Try it. You might just fall in love with it the way I did.

I tried the blueberry muffin and the toffee nut latte which were both reasonably okay. Love the coffee art. I'm more of a Starbucks person however, in Burjuman, Starbucks is quite noisy which is very annoying. This place on the other hand, is very secluded from the live entertainment that goes on in the mall and is perfect to sip on some good coffee and catch up with friends/family. The only reason my rating is low for this place is because of their service skills. Our server was fraternal but, I came across a very rude and impolite server who came to ask me if I had paid my bill. According to me, this is extremely rude and disrespectful as, even if the server thought so, he could have checked at the counter or from OUR SERVER who was serving us. I don't think that there was any need of him to intervene when he wasn't the one serving us and make assumptions. The servers have a lot to learn! Extremely disappointed and never going back!

Let me be very very frank with you, I am a huge fan of Starbucks ever since a kid and I absolutely love their coffees and I find myself somehow very much not attracted by any other place and so it was a pleasant surprise to even me when I found myself at Gloria Jean's coffee one fine afternoon at Bur Juman. We decided to go for the hot chocolate and I must say it was really different from any other place that I have had it from. And the staff were friendly and cordial and very sweet to us and I love the art that they put into their hot chocolates which made the drink so much more appetising and nice. I definitely enjoyed it and it definitely isn't the best around but I will surely want to try it out once in a while.<br/><br/>#YouCannotMiss - Hot Chocolate

What is nice about this place?<br/><br/>Last week, while waiting for friends before dinner, I decided to pass some time at this coffee shop. I am delighted that, despite the supposed after work rush, this place remains not so crowded. <br/><br/>I enjoyed my Creme Brûlée Chiller - which is one of their summer specialties. the chiller itself was nice, although I am hoping for more creme brûlée flavor, but nonetheless, it was a refreshing drink which is not too sweet (compared to other coffee shops I have been to).<br/><br/>Staff are very pleasant and smiling and the entire ambience is very relaxed and laid back - I even afforded myself to read a few chapters of a book. Not much distraction and one can definitely settle in its comfy chairs.<br/><br/>Will definitely recommend and will go back in here anytime soon.

Different coffee, different art work, different style! GJC is consistently serving one of the best taste of coffee in town and are unique in many ways, based on our experience as we are a coffee lover ourselves. Although, ambience is the same if not equally the same or more apealing than other coffee houses, but servers are always willing not only to serve the best fresh coffee but to satisfy you in terms of service....;)

I felt like having a small pastry and the tiramisu looked good. Was so wrong, less cocoa and way too much cream. I had tiramisu Ice cream I expected this pastry to be awesome but it wasn't. Location – located on level 2 of burjuman mall. Just above Starbucks. It’s not as crowded as Starbucks, so if you want some peace without the crowding then this is the place to go.<br/><br/>Service – they have excellent service. This is the main reason that I prefer them over other cafes in burjuman. The seating is comfortable and perfect for long chats with friends. <br/><br/>Coffee – I like their hot beverages and muffins. Not a very big fan of their cold beverages. The muffins are fresh and soft. Definitely try their coffees and the quantity is very good.

Not a very busy mall, so this coffee shop isn't very buzzing either, emptier than the Starbucks below it.<br/>Decent coffee, never had any complaints. Haven't tried their sandwiches or salads, so can't comment on that. The freshness of the cakes and muffins depends on your luck, sometimes their fresh and light, other times they can be a little stale. Overall, not a bad place to relax in a big comfy chair and have a cup of coffee if you're in the area.

Heard alot of good things about the strawberry cheesecake of gloria jeans so since passing by thought of giving it a try.<br/><br/> Looked fine at first not so tempting , but after receiving the cake, relaized it was not fresh at all , after complaining about the condition of the cake they happily gave us a new one and appologised for it . The only cheesecake option left was blueberry , it was fine better than the strawberry one.
