Pathetic service. Worst restaurant ever. Service manager doesn't know his own menu. Super casual attitude. No waiter on call and we had to approach the cash counter to place order in middle of our meal. They say availability of an item on menu but don't have it in kitchen. So upset.

A regular hangout for my friends and me. Ita a place where you come to release your stress. Mee5 people, play games, laugh it out and at thr same time eat and drink aome taste spread of food and coffee. We love this place and visit it more than once a week. It had been long break since covid'19. Finally we have got back,thnx to the relaxed govt rules.

Situated in Jumeirah Park, Loui is a great hang out place. The Lebanese food is consistently good and the shisha is very good. The place is expensive though. However, it’s always busy. Leave kids at home as the atmosphere is filled with shisha aroma.

Undoubtedly the best Sheesha in Dubai - at least if you’re an Al Fakher loyalist. The Sheesha’s don’t give up on you, even if you give up on them! The food decently complements the Sheesha. Preferably go for the Mediterranean cuisine instead of going experimental on the sizzlers etc. It’s a little steeply priced, but the perfect joint for Sheesha lovers.

Very bad restaurant yesterday I go for dinner there and I ask the bill the waiter ARIF he told me we are not accepted Zomato gold from all customer and I told him it’s available in the app he told me so many customer they showing us Zomato gold but we not accepting and the problem from office because they still don’t remove the restaurant from Zomato gold list......!!!! I’m shocked I told him I will speak with Zomato support After 5 minuets he come back to me and say...only when there football match they don’t expect I get angry because he lire on me After long negotiations They told me they will except this time only ................. A very nice place with a good vibe; the staff and atmosphere is very lively. Their food is very yummy we had the homos with meat which was very good , it comes with their own baked arabic bread. A must have and not on the regular menu is their Shrimps sandwich. It’s crunchy shrimps, fried to perfection, in Egyptian traditional baladi bread with Tahina on the side. A must try!! I loved it:)

First, please update the menu prices on Zomato, there is a huge difference. Drink price is si high and exigent, there is big difference between them and other restaurants in the same area. Food has very bad taste and low quality ingredients. I don't recommend it for anyone .

We went there on Champions league night and it was really crowded.The place ambience & feel is nice . The service wasnt good , i think because of the amount of people in. The food is really good but it was really late which i think also from the people. The modt annoying thing in this place was the people who had their feet on the table and having chicha which was a bit akward noting we are eating on the tables & it wasnt a nice view to see their feet right in front of you. All in all it is a nice place, but maybe it needs some better directions

Been here many times and they did some renovation a few months ago. The place has a great ambience and gets packed around 8 or 9 pm. A very cool place to hang out with friends if your into shsiha, board games or playing cards. Their service is amazing but usually is much slower when it gets busier. Their hummus used to be really nice but its been average over the last month or so - they claim their chef is working during the day times. Tried their sushi in the past just to try it and it wasnt bad. Overall this is a cool place to hang out with friends.

Love coming here anytime of the week because of the lively atmosphere and vibe of this place. Everyone who works here is very friendly and courteous especially Arif, he’s amazing! The grill items here are very good except the lamb chops. They have an outstanding drink selection, personal favorite is the cocktail and Moroccan tea. I always have the grape mint shisha here as well. This is an amazing place to come with friends or family over the weekends as they have live music playing for the guest.

Last night I went to louis and I was really disappointed.... I go there always and I like the food and the shisha. But yesterday I was shocked, we ordered food but the smell of the cups and plates was a disaster ....it smelled like egg. And my friends were the first time to visit louis 😞 even when we ask for anything to bring us they took a very long time. I live next to louis and I really don’t want to stop going there 😞

Well, let's admit sushi is not their best thing for the quality of food and prices. So go for lebanese section and you won't regret. My friend literally licked his fingers after finishing arayes with grilled vegetables and garlic paste. Staff messed up with our drinks order at the beginning amd brought the order from another table which was very similar to ours. The right order took long time ro come. We had another waiter for food service and had no complains for him. It was very chilly in outdoor veramd which is covered during Ramadan, I had to ask for blanket but it didn t help with +17° c temperature.

It is not easy to have a cuisine that does good Lebanese food and also good sushi, two extremes. Chapeau, Louis, you are one of the few who could do it. The Shisha was my only disappointment but everything else was fine, friendly staff and good ambience. They never fail to impress me, the consistency of the high quality service and food is among the best in Dubai.

Emirates hills can be quite the disappointment when it comes to good places to dine and have shisha by your side. Loui's clearly changed that perspective. First thing's first: shoutout to the Double chocolate milkshake and the Mint Shisha. Brilliant. The cuisines served here range from country to country. The alfredo pasta is the perfect amount of cream and cheese. Their generous parmesan cheese siding is accountable for my tummy. They have splendid sushi on their menu. The mezzeh is brilliant, spicy potato, hummous, haloumi. The choice of burgers enrich a brilliant beaf patty and is super filling as well as delicious. The dessert hot chocolate and the chocolate fondant have to be the two most extravagant desserts I've eaten in a while.

A convenient place to sit and have shisha and food. I cant judge it much as I haven't tried a lot of items on the menu. The Chicken Cheese dish was good but not enough cheese! The stuffing is on the healthy side and had brocolli. Serving size is big and good for sharing. The twist in it was the apple slices inside! Easily the worst Lebanese I have ever had in 8.5yrs living in Dubai. Meat quality was terrible, chicken tasteless, lamb cubes dry and again no taste and a lamb chop that would have been better used a the sole of a shoe. Avoid like the plague

Louis is the right choice for Friday brunch. The variety of food is really huge, we did not have space to try all) The place was little bit crowded, but servers were incredibly kind and accommodating, we got a full attention from them. 💫Some highlights of the menu: I am not really fan of tahina, but there it was fantastic. Nice addition is Sushi (3 types) and raw Salomon. Grill selection included juicy ribs, kebab & kofta with perfect seasoning; chicken, which appeared simple, but flavors had remarkable depth. We enjoyed the deserts at the end. Closed place for shisha made us stay till evening )))

We just left Cafe Louis unable to get a table when there were at least 6 open tables, we couldn't be quoted a wait time and the wait staff didn't even try to accommodate us. Apparently they were all reserved at 930 on a Saturday night. I'm very disappointed to have received such service. I expect basic restaurant management which includes training your staff to manage the flow of the tables. This place is a nice neighborhood destination but there is nothing amazing about it; their sushi is especially over priced for being average. I hope management will note that their staff lacks in this aspect and if they want to stand out from other neighborhood destinations they will improve in this respect. Other than that... I would have given it 3 for the ambiance.

We've now ordered delivery from Loui's twice and both times were delicious. The only improvement I would request is a littke tahine to go with the falafels. But in all other regards, a very good experience. Delivery is good and dishes arrive hot.

On the way to Shakespeare cafe, I passed by Louis for the first time and I thought I'd give it a try. It turned out a total bust. We ordered simple cuisines like Tabbouleh which was so sourish, Rakakat Akawi were alright, and the Falafel was Oh My God don't put it in your mouth, probably the worst Falafel I ever tried, so greasy and oily. I called the manager for such Falafel and they re-did it and again same greasy taste, I called them again to take it away. Hint: try it without Tahina and check yourself before dipping it in Tahini and you would tell the quality is really bad. And Turkish coffee, another disappointment where they serve it through the machine in a restaurant like that, at least do this right. Turkish coffee has to be done in a Rakwa otherwise don't bother offer it. Shisha was very ordinary, nothing too special. The only good thing I enjoyed was the outdoor area, weather was breezy at night. So, let's say thank you to nature. Ordered the bill, they didn't count the falafel as I would have not accept to pay it anyways. Not recommended and way too overpriced for the quality they offer.

I truly love this place. It's very easy to reach without traffic and parking is available. They serve delicious sushi and other nice food. The atmosphere is very good and the staff are gentle. I go there at least twice a week with my friends to play cards and have a quick bite.

The lights on table are colourful cubes and when u lift them they start blinking - that's their way of letting the servers know we need something .. Pretty cool stuff .. This cafe is located in the community centre near jumeirah park . The place looks nice and chilled out with 2 huge golden hands holding the ceiling at the entrance ..The ceiling has Arabic calligraphy written on it .. Looks Very pretty .. The menu serves Japanese and Arabic cuisine .along with shisha ..The servers are very alert and kept checking on us .. Coming to the food part .. We ordered Arabic food .. In the accompaniment there was an unusual sun dried tomato and nuts paste .. A bit different taste The Hummus with meat was one smoothest and very well made in a long time .. The fattoush salad was fresh indeed.. The bread was fresh and warm Their grill was juicy and very well made indeed except for the chicken kebabs which anyways I generally find very dry The rose shisha that I ordered was nice Last but not the least the morrocan tea with mint and light sugar was just ok .. I have had better .. Over all a very nice chilled place to hangout .. Would love to visit again P.s - I was a bit surprised that children were allowed in the shisha area ..

One of our favorite grilled food joint for dinner. Away from city life, this place serves decent sheesha, grilled items - especially juicy sheesh tawook and lamb kebabs, hummus, tabouleh and fresh juices. Special mention goes to that one small piece of bread stuffed with tomato gravy and other spices (comes with sheesh tawook plate)... Just out of this world... You do get it in other places as well but this one tasted very different. And oh! They got glass cover for summers which is pretty cool. Also the staff is kind and efficient.

This is a neighborhood place, very close to where I am. We go there for casual dine in once in a while. The food is good. Their recently introduced sushi is also surprisingly good! If you can put up with a bunch of expats constantly puffing on their sheeshas- sit outside. It has a relaxing outdoor seating arrangement. Very courteous service as well.

Went there a few months ago, and found out they had absolutely horrible service and low flexibility. The food was okay, other than the fact that it took them nearly an hour to prepare a simple breakfast and sushi. While we were waiting and even after the food arrived, the waiters were dully staring at us the whole time and it was very unnerving. And to put the cherry on top of the cake: after waiting for the longest time and trying to enjoy the breakfast wrap we ordered, we were absolutely disgusted ( and actually got sick afterwards) to find a dead fly in the food. After some unneeded consideration the manager made the food on the house, as if we even managed to eat any of it. Would not recommend.

I was quite pleasantly suprised by this restaurant. I'm really dubious about restaurants that have more than one type of cuisine on offer. The first time I went I had sushi and I was really impressed... It was really tasty and I could see the chef taking a lot of care and pride in preparing it and watching me enjoy it afterwards. Also for the amount of food on my plate the price was very good. The second time I ordered their Arabic food for home delivery.... again I was very impressed .. well packaged well cooked and delicious. If I was to pick one downside at a push I would say they had very loud music on inside the restaurant making it hard to think straight but they did turn it down when requested. I would definately order again.

Quality of food was really awful. Sizzling chicken meat was overly coated in flour, soggy and didn't taste very fresh. Chicken in pasta had a faint soapy / chemical taste. I think this place is better for just shisha and simple appetizers.

Awesome and very buzzing place... open till really late. We left the place at 5.45 am. The staff were very good and helpful! Highly recommended, especially for a late nyt shisha.... food options are good too... sushi was a real surprise!!!😍
