Definitely a good place to have a quick bite, tried the bacon poutine and the vegetarian one, they were both good and very close to what i expected. And the portion size was big for a small cup.

Tried the famous hot dog and fries place, really liked the butter chicken fries, hot dog was just average.<br/>Fries were crisp and the butter chicken gravy was really tasty.

The hotdogs here are really delicious and you must try it with the jalapeños, tomatoes , onions and hot sauce. But most of the people come here for the fries pot which looks really delicious.

Forever favorite cup of fries! Tried their new on the menu bacon with double cheese and it was sooooo good! Add some jalapeños on top for the extra sizzle.<br/>Their butter chicken one isn't good though.

This place is not busy when we were there for lunch.went during lunch hours.they have different types of stuffed fries.we tried veg and non veg types.very filling.special sauces added to it gives the punch to the fries.fries lovers should def check this out.

A first time try , I’m not really lover of potato fries or French fries. Had the beef bacon and chicken double cheese. It’s an average experience for me.

Honestly the worst fries i have ever had, i tried there classic fries regular and they just gave me a handful of fries and half of them were cold and left over i acknowledge them for giving me the other half fresh in short if ill have nothing to eat and all i could find is NYF ill prefer dying of hunger than waste my money on it sorry for people who like this place but please try some better fries

The fresh cut fries are nice. Particularly enjoyed the skin on it. The toppings/stuffing is nice as well. But would have been better if condiments are in true American fashion. Missed a tangy sauce.

Their original fries is out of the world..its hot,crispy and tastes soooo good!!! However, I don't recommend the fries that come with toppings...imagine finding rajma in my chilli fries🙄

Favourite place for fries, u need to stand on their head to get it made, or-else they make it very soggy and tastless. Need to mention what you want, and the fries and very crispy. Love it

I ordered here few times now but this time I ordered fries with nacho toppings. love their fries but the toppings is not good though. Sandwich is normal. Next time I will order plain I guess.

I like their fries and mostly have it as plain to enjoy the original taste. Sometimes they serve the fries while not really fresh. <br/>Service is good and staff is friendly.

Opted chili chicken gravy as suggested by the counter staff. Fries were fresh the gravy was alright it had rajma beans in it which was bit confusing 🤔 and then cheese white onions,capsicum and salsa it was a good snack !

Scrumptious fries. I usually order main course from some other outlets in the food court and use new york fries as my place for starters 😂😂 i've tried a lot of varieties of their fries but the classic fries remain my all time favourite.

Ordered fries (nachos) topped with cheese, tomato and jalapenos... and one chicken hot dog with cheese.<br/>I'm a lover of crispy crunchy fries... but i found it not crunchy at all. May be because of cheese and salads.<br/>Next time will try their classic fries. <br/>Hotdog was average in taste.<br/>Service was great. Staffs are friendly.<br/>Value for money.

Tried only the poutine small fries, worth 17aed! The curry/ gravy was good topped with mozarella chunks dat melt with the hot gravy and there you go yummy fries, stringy cheese and slurp slurp gravy! There are other varieties too- mutton achari,hyderabadi chicken, hot dogs and so on. Worth trying!

Was pretty refreshing to have it as an evening snack. We ordered the Chilli Chicken. As you dig in, you get to mix the Cheddar cheese and Labneh which are both damn good along with the crunchy fresh fries they provide!! Although I found only very small bits of chicken in btw, was nothing to complain about as it would have been more chunkier and heavier. Also, the option to choose extra pickles was well used. <br/>Loved the moment when they kept small cups of their fresh fries samples, all the kids from nowhere ran and got all of them. 😊😁<br/>FOOD: 4/5, SERVICE: 4/5.

Whenever I am craving for fries, this is the first place I look for at the food court. <br/><br/>They have sufficiently large portions and I love the wide array of toppings they keep complimentary. I usually go in for their regular fries, add the cheese dip and then load it with the complimentary toppings they provide. <br/><br/>But what I noticed this time was, they have started adding the cheese dip in tiny cups. The quantity which I feel has drastically reduced from when they used to directly top it on the fries.

I am a big fan of their Nachoes and imli flavour French fries. The potatoes they use for fries taste much better than Mc. Donalds. <br/>And they are very little oily. <br/>The flavorsome sauces are the best additions along with onion and capsicum.

Huge fan of their Poutine fries, Butter chicken and Chilli chicken fries. Have been their several times now. Last year in Jan, Dubai Festival Mall had a handful of options in their food court so New York fries was always our best option to indulge in during the shopping spree. Loved all their toppings. The mosssssst satisfying option for cheesy fries. They always serve their food piping hot. Also, tried the hotdog too in their combo offer. It was pretty average though. Staff is courteous and friendly!!

Me and my family are crazy for this outlet anywhere, if only it was not such high calorie fries 🍟 . Sigh!!! <br/>I have tried the imli fries before which are divine. Today my kids ordered a nacho cheese fries and bacon double cheese fries. The cheese was amazing on both and fries were very good texture. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. When you are craving for hot dog sandwich, NYF is an quick solution to your desire. They heat the bun with the steam and give you the choice which ingredients to put in your hot dog. I really do not like the feeling of paying extra for each topping. In NYF, you can choose your own topping (vegetables like mushroom, peppers; ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard; spices; others like tabasco, olive oil, and dressings). The combo menu in the picture is only AED23.<br/> <br/>You do not have to put your own topping by yourself, you can also ask the staff to put them on behalf of you as well. A little note: note all of the topping are FOC; some of the ones behind the galss are charged naturally :)

Superb stuff all round. If you like your fries there is no better joint than New York Fries. They do many varieties of fries phenomenally well. My favorite being the Butter Chicken version. Duh. Try them out if you already haven't. <br/><br/>--A drop of ink may make a million think. <br/>@AyaashPaw

I found NYF's fires just an average, without any unique /signature touch. I had the combo including the Chicken hotdog, Veg pasto fries and drink. Hotdog was not good either. <br/><br/>I would not recommend them as you will find better options in Festival City Mall ...

Nothing can beat the taste of freshly fried potatoes along with nachos toppings.it is my all time favorite one.other than that they also have hot dog combos .The service is also very quick.

There is a good way to start your meal and that is having a fresh cut potato fries at New York fries. Also good for a meal replacement, I guess. What else, staff are most willing to give a free taste dip in different flavors just to convince you, 😁😃😄. Service is very much satisfactory; staff are cheerful, prompt and polite.

Had a try of their imli fries which is an all-vegetable topping after our workout just to lessen our starvation for the mean time. It was a good choice plus wasn't oily at all unlike the usual fries from other fast food.<br/><br/>But what I appreciated most are the staff that are really amazing. They would let you taste all the available flavors just to give yourself a try of their products serve; friendly, welcoming and cheerful. Two thumbs up!

ive tried this fries in abu dhabi and dubai now. its not always the same taste or quality.<br/>for today its was goods but oily much.<br/>they do have real potatoes which make it better than other fries that comes with meals from other junk food.<br/>good thing you can add some spices powder.

The Festival City Mall is rolling out a rather ginormous, new food court located beside the (Novo) cinema. Only a handful of outlets have as yet opened, this New York Fries among them. Now I’ve been in the hunt for a hotdog recently and voilà! NYF presented the irresistible option of a cheese dog and fries. Fries which, just last week, were added to favourites list. But I’m thinking, Baba, I just had NYF fries the other day…and? my conscience asks. So I order a cheese dog with chili fries. And my dearest of dears orders fries with veggies (really?). I didn’t like the cheese dog, the sausage had absolutely no taste. It was like having a tasteless hotdog coated in a hot, melted, yellow cheesy sauce, ugh! And you know what? I didn’t like the chili fries either. I should have remembered that I’m not a big fan of adding anything to fries, leave alone smothering them in a bland chili. I like my fries on their own or max, with ketchup on the side preferably blended with something for a little Youch! effect. Note to self on that for next time. <br/><br/>Waste NOT, Want NOT.

There isn't exactly a lot of competition at the DFC food court right now, so New York fries definitely stands out in the small crowd.<br/><br/>I've honest always been a fan of their hotdogs, and now that they offer Poutine too; you can only imagine my excitement!<br/><br/>The servers are very friendly and work well under pressure. There was an extremely rude customer in front of me, which honestly deserved the food to be thrown on his face, but the lady taking his order remained calm and professional. I was really impressed by her!<br/><br/>Overall, great on-the-go food. I recommend their beef hotdog and a classic Poutine with extra cheese and extra gravy! Yum! <br/><br/>I wish they would start a home delivery service!

After a very long gap I got chance to have fries in new york fries . This used to be my favorite place for fries but MacDonald pulled me there ;) (off course because they have burgers too ). NYF serves Amazing fries with all the topping of ur choices. I don't like there hotdogs I just go there for fries. Small fries looks less in quantity but enough for one person like me :p you can add jalapeños if you like spicy. I asked for extra cheese which made it more delicious. Must try if you love fries !!

Tried their butter chicken fries. Had high expectations cos the joint was all with mouth watering Potato fries pictures. First of all the dish that was served was super super hot. I almost burnt my mouth. Secondly I asked them to make it spicy, but the one they served was too bland. And it just tasted buttery buttery.

I like fries in any manner. So it's obvious I'll give a try here. Took their salsa fries and enjoyed it. But this doesn't mean taste was great. It's just because I love fries. I feel price is little on higher side. And combo will add more. Once a while it's a good option.

We came to festival city searching for another Indian reataurant but that had already closed down so we ended up going to the food court. <br/><br/>Had heard a lot about NYF so decided to try it out. I'm not sure if many would consider their offerrings as a complete meal, but the fries are really nice I must say. <br/><br/>We ordered the 'imli' (tamrind) fries. At first it doesn't sound so great, but there is more to it than just a tamrind sauce. They also have a few veggies like tomato, onion et al on it - but just in the right amounts - and this doesn't take away from the taste of the fries. The tamrind sauce also has the right level of tang to it; not too mild, not too tangy. They also give a salsa sauce (or labneh for extra AED 2) on the side but you really do not require that. Just the fries the way they serve are enough to get you hooked on to it. <br/>The service is a bit slow considering that they serve fast food (and that's why I have given it 4 stars). <br/>The imli fries were so good we ended up ordering one more after the first one! <br/>Must try.

Love their concoctions! Choose from the standard offerings on the menu or ask them for your choice of toppings. Imli is a must try. A fact worth noting is that they make the fries from fresh potatoes everyday (unlike frozen ones offered at most places). Overall, a worthy snack at reasonable price!

What happened to good ol' regular hot dogs and french fries with an ice cold drink.<br/>New York Fries brings a whole new concept when it comes to what I regard as basic fast food. Honestly, I think its a bit much. I mean isn't it already bad enough we eat french fries (carbs and oil), hot dogs (unknown ingredients) coke (sugar)? Now they add a whole pile of mess on it that makes the simple concept of fast food just plain insane?<br/>The hot dog is simple enough though, in a bun and you can add your ketchup, mustard or mayo and more. But the fries got more chances now, you get butter, cheese and beef as a topping now. <br/><br/>The staff are good, not great.<br/><br/>I still go there to get fries, but without any toppings. Who doesn't love french fries. I mean i could sit and eat through a big box by myself if it is nice and hot. New york fries prides itself on making fresh french fries. They claim that they cut up the potatoes and make it all by themselves from scratch. I would say that do a pretty good job of that.<br/>I opted for the regular french fries but added butter chicken topping (2aed) just to try something new. Also took their hot dog and drink. The french fries were nice and probably enough to eat on their own. They were a bit greasy though but the taste of the butter chicken to it was unique and along with the fresh cut potatoes one can look past the oiliness.<br/>The hotdog is nothing to rave about. It is just your regular sausage in a bun. They have topping in the side like tomoatoes, mushrooms, onions etc and you can add these to make the hot dog taste better. <br/>Overall a decent meal to have on the go if your in mall and in a hurry or if you have cravings for french fries. They have other unique flavors like imli fries, nacho fries and chili fries. Go ahead try it you wont be disappointed.

Maybe its just about fries, but its definitely worth the taste. Freshly fried fries, sour creme and the toppings..ooh!! really a craving crusher! Lately I've noticed some price hike from the days I regularly ordered a Nacho Regular.. well really doesnt matter. If you're not diet conscious and wanna taste some good junk, here it is. Newyork Fries simple setting, quick supply and yeah am getting used to the pricing now..My Favourite is Nacho and I've really not bothered to try anything else, very happy to munch that down.
