Today at 4:30 pm I went through the drive through. . Ordered a 16 piece family order.. after 15 minutes they asked me to drive around to the front for pick up... after 15 minutes I went in to check on my order.. and they said.. 6 more minutes. . I waited 10 minutes. . Went back in and was told "we have a new cook" and it will be at least another 20 minutes. . So, I asked for my money back, and it took 10 minutes for them to recharge my credit card, and said the money should be back on my card with in 5 business days. SO, HOW WAS YOUR DAY.... :(

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Hard to believe this is a KFC. It has to be the filthiest I’ve seen yet and I’ve seen many.
Chicken bones in the floor. All the tables were filthy.

The food was great as usual.. But the service was terrible.. The young women thur the drive thur area, was rude, crude and socially on acceptable. Management needs to retrain their employees on how to count back change, and how to treat the coustmers... That's the reason for 1 star.. SERVICE SUCKED

Good food & service at drive through. Next time though, will order pot pie before I get there. Takes extra time, but worth the wait.

Because of Covid, I ordered through drive thru. They got my order correct, were attentive and polite. Got my meal quickly.

Horrible service! We ordered 3 big boxes and 1 box was missing a side and another box was missing everything but the chicken and drink! The person that took our order had a bad attitude towards us. They won't be getting my service for a while.

Giving 5 stars as the service and the food were good, but eating fried chicken in the car is difficult. I will be happy when we can eat inside again
