I came here to leave a lengthy review but all these reviews are speaking for me. To the GM..This place is a hot spot, but its poorly staffed & the volume of food vs demand is all wrong. People are not doing their jobs correctly, something different needs to happen here & you will see better profit margins. The status quo at this store is not working. I'd like to see better reviews for this place. There are a couple good workers caring the rest just don't care & it's sad. I know its hard dealing with the public especially with a frustrated one..There is high demand at this store! Meet it!

I usually order DoorDash but decided to go get it myself today. I ordered in the drive through and was told it would take 10 min for beef and broccoli to be made. I told them no problem and pulled to the front. After 20 minutes of waiting I went inside to ask about my food, they apologized and said they would be out with it. I went back to my car and they came out with someone else’s order that came in AFTER me. I waited another 10 minutes after that, she came out and said they accidentally up charged me and threw in some spring rolls. My honey walnut shrimp was filled half way and full of the breading, not the shrimp, the breading. The woman who I talked to was very sweet, but the experience was not good at all.

Slow but that's because they are understaffed. Mobile ordering is a mess. Sometimes the food is overcooked. Inconsistent portion sizes. I'm a big fan of any place I can get meat and veggies as part or all of my meal so 3 stars because of that and sometimes they are so good and service is okay sometimes.

Went through the drive-through about 9pm. Got told to pull around front and wait 5 to 10 minutes for chow mein to be ready… ended up waiting 25 minutes for them to bring me my plate that was not correct at all!!! No chow mein no shrimp while the two cars that were behind us got their food!!! My husband had to go inside and find out that it would be another 10 minutes for shrimp to be ready!! They didn’t asked to pay for my food to reimburse me to give me anything extra nothing I had to take the food that was wrong plus get my food corrected. On top of this you had one person working the food line while six other employees were busy cleaning… only the man who is working the Food Lion stopped to talk to my husband when he went inside and had to wait for someone to speak to him! Where’s your manager on duty?? Where is your customer service??
