Kfc

We decided to give ourselves a break from cooking Christmas dinner this year and we all decided that KFC would be an awesome replacement for our traditional turkey. My husband and I both work for large warehouses and are swamped this time of year working up to 80 hours a week. We stopped in KFC a week before and placed a very large order. We picked it up on the agreed upon time and it was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond for us and it was piping hot and delicious. For special occasions in a time crunch don't hesitate to go to KFC, we were very pleased.

Don’t even deserve one star!!! So a little while back I stopped and I had some special orders. When they brought the order out I asked the gentleman do I need to check it? He assured me I didn’t need to check it. I get home (over an hour drive) the order was wrong! I call and the young man apologized and said if I came back he would make it right. I explained I lived far away and he said I’m writing down your special order and I will make sure it’s correct this time all you’ll need to do is tell them your name! I made sure he knew that I didn’t go near Yukon regularly but he assured me I didn’t have to rush he would have make sure it was made right! So I show up some weeks later, today 11-2-21! The female in the intercom already rude.. asks for my order I explained the situation and gave her my name! I’ll save the ridiculous details of her not only rude but disrespectful attitude. Needless to say she. Gets my order twice.. then says without you having something in writing we can’t do anything because the manager was no longer with KFC!? How the hell would I have it in writing!? I hope the manager moved on to a much better company because that’s just a sorry excuse for not trying to fix something y’all did wrong!! Won’t ever be back!

So I called and wanted to place an order of 10 piece.I told her I wanted 5 breast and 5 legs.She said she would have to mix them.I said that's why I'm calling him so you have time to fix what I wanted. She then said oh okay it'll be 30 minutes our cookies on break and then 20 minutes after that for them to cook I said that's fine I said we have time to wait she goes hold on a minute leave the phone I stay on it for 10 minutes and she still has not came back to reply to me so guess what I am leaving to bed with you because I have to go to Mustang now because you can't do what they're asked to do for a customer very bad service I will not serve I will not come here again no more ordering from Yukon

5/12/20229 9:12pm and you can NOT order chx tenders at all bc they do NOT have anymore for tonight. But they do not close until 11pm. I've worked here before along time ago. When customer service ment something. If we ran out of something we would call another store and borrow what we needed. We never ran out of the product that we displayed as For Sale. Plus you guys are competing with Raising Cane's, Popeyes, Chic fa lá and Chicken Express all on the same street. 1 year ago- I guess I should just go to corporate and order my food because all the answers I was given about why I was overcharged that's corporate you don't have coleslaw well that's corporate I've charged for that but you don't have it well that's corporate so corporate charged me and then also overcharged me so you can't fix it. Apparently there no offer to refund anything either even though it's there issue. Not corporate. I won't use the app again either bc you said you were charging me one price of 37.54 and I got charged 45.04 on my card. If your recalling the coleslaw you should take it off the menu I don't appreciate being charged for something your not even selling. When throw your drive threw the other day. Y'all were out of charge tenders completely. Oh, but you still SELL coleslaw. Funny thing..customer service is failing
