Although the food is tasty, smoothies are good and the owner is very nice. But a couple employees give really bad service. Especially the girl that works the morning shift, I thought she was having a bad day until I saw everyone talking bad about service. Definitely needs to be fired.

Do not eat at this place! Not only highly unprofessional and discourteous but absolutely disgusting, they not only forgot to give me half of my order .. but when I reminded them they owed me the other half of my order they forgot, they didn't even say sorry about that, let me get that ready for you, he just said stuff happens! And laughed in my face.. and they're bacon looked raw! I've never had such bad service in my entire life, do not eat at this dump

I have always enjoyed coming to this particular Frullati in the Southern Park Mall. The customer service is fantastic and they always have a smile on their face when interacting with their customers. I usually get the Turkey and pepper jack sandwich, I always try to get it on a croissant because they are delicious! I highly recommend going there, not only for their drinks but for their food as well! Top Notch!

I love stopping for lunch. The turkey pepper jack sandwich is my favorite! Everyone is so nice and the smoothies are the best. Great customer service. The green smoothie is amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

I have had a great experience with Frullati Cafe. Not only do the smoothies taste amazing, but the customer service is excellent. I am very pleased with my experience and I plan on making a regular visit to this business. Frullati has a variety of fruits for me to choose from for my smoothie, and they also have dairy free options which is nice for somebody who is vegan. Their fruit cups are fresh, and their sandwich/panini selection is one of the healthiest options in the food court of the local mall. The employees made me feel very welcomed and I felt valued as a customer.

Ordered two smoothies only received one. Ordered mao received none. They won’t answer phone today

Wish I’d checked the reviews first. She repeatedly picked up food that dropped onto my sandwich and onto the counter and kept putting it back on my sandwich. I watched, she never cleaned the counter afterward. Charged my card for my sandwich of choice, the proceeded to tell me she was out of the main ingredient for the sandwich. I literally tossed it into the trash on my way out of the mall. Unsanitary and just plain sad. Save your money, do not buy from this place.
