Subway

I've been to this store about 5 times. Usually get good service. Last two visits have been mediocre. This evening (10/19), neither of the two employees knew how let the register scan my Subway Rewards card. The girl made lame excuses, such as, "We've never seen those before" & "We're not that busy." By that rationale, you don't know how to slice a cucumber, because the store isn't busy? You should know all aspects of your job. Also a few weeks ago, I went after 830p. They had very little bread left. The server blamed it on the day shift not defrosting the bread in time. I think a manager/district mgr needs to get over to this store (#3596-0/5205 Market St), and retrain a few employees. Yes, usually the wait isn't very long, and the store is neat. Just a few employees need some retraining.

My family and I have been going here for over a year every Wednesday and we have our favorite person to serve us there every time and there is usually not to big of a line, longest wait we had was probably 5mins. We get the same thing every time, my sister and I have actually been called the name "subway kids" every time we go there for the past year. Great service, nice food, reliable, friendly service as well. 5/5
