Dunkin'

Rudest service I have EVER experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts and this is NOT the first time. The first bad experience was when they got my order wrong. I ordered an iced coffee, and they made it hot. Normally it would not a big deal, I just asked for them to remake my drink. The woman yelled at us and said "WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT BEFORE?" And when we responded and said "we did" she said "NO YOU DIDN'T!" And slammed the window. Another bad experience was with a man we couldn't understand. We explained the order and he kept repeating the wrong one, so we corrected him politely several times and he got extremely angry. At one point he said "YOUR ORDER IS SIMPLE AND YOU ARE MAKING IT COMPLICATED!" So he repeated the order once again (it was wrong) and we just agreed to it as we weren't getting anywhere. Obviously we received the wrong drink and just decided to drive off. These people are so disgustingly rude and have no idea how to treat customers with respect. I don't know how they still get any business. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered 3 drinks. Spent 13 mins at the window listening to the employee talk on their phone/ headset the entire time. He kept looking out the window as if he was checking if we were paying attention. The latte I received had no espresso, it was milk & coffee. The frozen chocolate was missing the whipped cream, whatever. However, the caramel macchiato tasted like literal drain cleaner & upon reading these reviews I’m pretty sure that angry foreign man poisoned our drinks because we showed up at 6pm when they close at 7. Disgusting, vile experience. Do not go here.

Rude, incoherent guy at the order counter. Not expecting to be treated like a king, just basic human decency, especially when speaking to other people. 8/12/2021, tried to order a Latte and the guy yelled at me "WHAT T$&#*@^". I asked "Can you say that again?" My reply WHAAAAT TOPPPING! I asked, is that how you speak to a customer? Must be a Dunkin Donuts thing.

Went to the drive through to get a ice coffee. He started to talk gibberish. I couldnt understand a single word he was saying. I politly said say agian like 3 times. More gibberish. I told him "I cant I understand you" politly. He got upset and started to speak more angry gibberish. In the middle of of the gibberish the only english I heard was " I dont understand you!" After that I told him to wait and I drove off. We laughed it off from how funny it was. Everyone else in the car couldnt understand him either so I know I wasnt in the wrong. A pretty funny experience. Didnt know Dunkin hired clowns. Wouldnt recommend buying anything though.
