Service was great, hot chocolate was nice, cake was unfortunately extremely dry. Wasn't until I left that I also noticed their hygiene rating is a mere 1 star and the display of this is conveniently placed at the bottom of a window near some tables so it's easily missed
Best Mocha in town. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of seating. Get the Caffè Nero app so you can earn your free cup of coffee. Toilets are upstairs but they have an accessible toilet downstairs for those that can’t get up the stairs.
The Wrexham branch has become a regular fixture for me and my boyfriend. Each time we've been in I've tried a different drink and all are lovely. It is quiet and has a nice pleasant atmosphere, and I have noticed that the staff all clean …
Currently sat in here and first thoughts is that the place hasn’t been cleaned in weeks every surface sticky and the floor is disgusting, I would let my worst enemy dine in here. Lost for words of how dirty a food and drink establishment can be.

Stopped for a cortado which was lovely. Didn't have any food. Staff were nice and efficient. Not much atmosphere but I don't think there is in Caffè Neros
Lovely, quiet place with a great atmosphere. A little expensive but the food and drink is really tasty. Staff are extremely friendly, made me feel very welcome!
