I got the jack Harlow meal and it was decent, you get a good amount of food for what you pay (around $10), I once order the chicken pot pie on DoorDash and it was dry but everything else was good. In conclusion it’s kfc don’t expect much more. (The service was great though, the people working there were fast and nice)

Was happy with the food, but they lost points with me when I witnessed them treating a homeless person very rudely, when he wasn't bothering anyone at all. I'm not sure whether I should be leaving this review with KFC or Taco Bell, for those who don't know, they are combined at the same location, but I will say I've almost always been satisfied with the food, but the service needs much improvement. Do better, please!

Literally the worst customer service. Black girl at the window ALWAYS has an attitude. No receipt was given and when I asked for one got attitude, I asked for sauces she said which one I asked for a mix she said of what I said a mix of the sauces she basically threw them inside my car. I asked for honey bbq sauce and paid extra for extra sauce which I was not given, when back around and she said they were in the bag when clearly it wasn't. The worst KFC/taco been I've ever been too. Slow service with a side of attitude for nothing.

Complete waste of time and highly unprofessional I asked for a 3 piece box of chicken I got a box of biscuits which I didn't order.

poor customer service. the workers have a game in the kitchen, I shop and sit down to eat. a lady came in with her children to buy something to eat it seems that she made a mistake and all the workers started to make fun of her in front of her children the girl felt very uncomfortable the girl left and went back in to look for her receipt and the person who gave her the receipt made a mocking comment after she left. All this happened on March 7 between 6:25pm and 6:30pm at the KFC on Park Ave in Worcester, MA. I don't know the girl, but I was there and I didn't like what happened. Please, your business needs a upgrade of workers.

the drive through was dark missed the take out order spot.could,be a little easier to spot.

Just went today and they gave me a 10 piece family meal instead of a 16 piece and they didn't give me my biscuits or my leg fries

Just picked up and online order. I placed the order around 11:15 to be picked up for 12:15. Got to the restaurant for 12:10 and saw my food sitting on the counter. Fries were soggy, food was cold and the ice had melted from my drink. I won’t be placing online orders through them anymore since they don’t check to see when to have it ready for. Disappointing.
