Went there this afternoon and ordered a medium smoked vanilla cold brew with cold foam, it literally tastes like regular coffee and no type of smoked anything. Not worth almost 5 bucks

The staff are extremely loud. Trying to enjoy my coffee while listening to 3 women working openly argue. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy a coffee or have a meeting.

Great coffee, good price, the shop was neat and clean. The server was fantastic, I ordered my coffee and she was the only one working, the drive up was getting crowded and she was running trying to keep everyone happy, and I thought she did great. I really liked the coffee and service.

Every other order is wrong. If you order delivery from this place they will give you a wrong order half the time, I order a hot drink and it comes iced, I've been missing doughnuts before too. If you order an iced matcha latte from this place ask for easy ice otherwise they will fill the cup with it so they don't give you as much matcha. Honestly the only reason I still go there is because it's down the street. If literally any other coffee shop was closer I'd switch in a heartbeat.

Always every day I pass by an ice coffe in this place but every time I pass and make my order they do not give me what I ask for, for example I ask for an ice coffe and they give me a hot one or I ask for 2 croissants with cream chees and they only give me The croissants with nothing just plain in short, a shame on the service

Good donuts but really poor service. A line of 3 people took over 15 minutes to get through and when we finally got our order, half of the items was either missing or incorrect, though correcting the order was not an issue. Cash was handled with the same hands/gloves as the goods. The overall atmosphere in the shop was really stale and with very few seats and tables.

I've been going to this Dunkins for quite a while and its great for the most part. The sandwiches and donuts have always been good I haven't had an issue with them but the coffee is another story. I usually get an iced coffee and with sugar and cream and whenever I tell them to mix it they do it very quickly which leads me to just doing it myself because it is never mixed well but other than that employees are friendly and service is fairly quick.
