I went at lunch time today, and wow the staff were all super polite and helpful. They told me about the meal deal option to help me save and packed my food, all with a smile. Thanks Greggs Warstones!

Great service at Greggs Warstones again. The staff are lovely and everything is clean and fresh. Made to feel welcome every time we come in. Superb!
What a lovely experience ordered my food and got a call to say it wasn't available so I asked if they make mexican oval bites they didn't but the lady had them make me a Mexican one especially for me u don't get much service like that anymore thank u made my day
The service was very bad and the staff were unfortunately rude.
I accidentally spilt my whole coffee and the staff were great about it, we all had a laugh and they made me a new one. Thanks again! And sorryyy
