El Centenario

Okay, that was rough. Not sure what you guys think "authentic" means, but it's not what you think it means. Nice enough, atmosphere pretty decent, presentation saves this place. The prices are also astronomical considering the fact that everything comes out of a can and the burrito was twenty percent steak. Canned marinara, sweet tomato rice and the cherry on top... THREE DOLLARS for A THIMBLE of hot sauce. Ridiculous. Two stars thanks to presentation.

Our 1st time here even after living in the area for almost 4 years...yeah I know a tad bit too long to wait for this deliciousness. Wow did they exceed my taste buds. The food was amazing and our waitress was friendly, cheerful and fantastic. A new Staple in our local eatery. We will be back many times. Cheers to the kitchen staff as well!

I'm from San Diego so my expectations are a bit unrealistic when it comes to Mexican food..... And here we were.... IMPRESSED!!! Keep on doing what you're doing we absolutely loved everything! We had amazing guac, the puchinos I think they were called were 🔥👌 I had the Chicken Poblana which I absolutely loved and my bf had the ribeye which was real great quality meat and cooked to absolute perfection. That's where I'm going for a steak fix 😍 We were pleased to find such great food in this little gem of a town 😍💙🙏🤩 great job guys! Service & atmosphere were perfect as well 👌 Nicely Done!

The food is consistently delicious. A great mix of crowd-pleasers and authentic Mexican cuisine: chiles en nogada, fajitas & margaritas, sopa Azteca, fresh guacamole - super tasty. The place is a little small for how much business it gets so you're better off going early or late, when they're not so slammed. The food gets five stars, the servers get at least four and a half - quite good, considering how busy they get. The location could use some improvement: I'd be happier if they took over the whole block!
