Dunkin'

Dyed Red hair girl was RUDE AF, aaand forgot my vanilla in my latte, probably busy hating all the men in the world for no reason. Nice & clean. Looks new inside. Everyone else was super nice. Mobile order was cool until they messed my order up… And these people want to minimum wage increase. ya right…..

Complete 180 with this location. Every time I go there now, customer service is great. I'm not sure if the manager, Ana, is new to this location or not as I've only seen her as of the last 2 months or so, but, she's wonderful and doing a great job. And if something is wrong, (which is rare these days now) she takes care of it with a smile and is super nice and friendly. This extends through the rest of the team as well. Now I come here almost on a daily basis!

Every morning I come to this dunks because its right next to my job, EVERY MORNING I HAVE AN ISSUE. I order the same coffee and bagel with cream cheese ON IT. One morning I argued with a man who made my coffee too light, he threw my coffee and yelled at me so i left. They never put cream cheese on the whole bagel, just a little on one half, but TODAY, they decide to give me a bagel with ZERO CREAM CHEESE. I ordered on the dunkins app so they cant say i did something wrong on my end.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far THE WORST Dunkin I've been to in Massachusetts. Been going here for years for convenience reasons and, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Without fail, something gets wrong. And I don't wanna hear "Covid this and Covid that" this place has sucked since way before that. The manager literally has zero idea what she's doing. There's only ever been one kid there who knew what he was doing and would actually get everything right and I appreciate him for that. I never got his name otherwise I'd shout him out. But other than that this place horrible. If I order online, they still get it wrong. I don't know how you get something wrong when it's literally written right in front of your face EXACTLY what needs to be on the order. Or I'll go in person and ask for something as simple as 2 lemon donuts and get something completely different. I've worked in food service, this really isn't hard but people at this store act like it's rocket science. Putting butter on the right bagel is not a hard task

@4pm 09/10/21 Drive thru only doors are closed no sign. Wanted to get soft serve ice cream. We had the other day in another DD last week. The lady at drive thru was very rude. When I asked for soft serve ice cream she replied " this is Dunkin" I said the other location has it she said that it's in " basket donuts" whatever that means. A sales rep even on drunks should know what they are selling and try to explain if this product is not available at this particular location.
