Wendy's

I can honestly say that My Wife & I stopped going to the Wendy's in Wind Gap over 5 years ago. Any time we would go there for dinner there was always a large group of people there inside hanging out drinking Coffee all night and having a grand old time. As if they owned the place?? ( Maybe they did?) But that started to wear out very quickly and it did. We stopped going.... Fast Forward 5 years later with Covid on all our minds... We just happen to stop at that Wendy's tonight and found they are only serving at the Drive-thru because of the outbreak.... Sorry To Say But Lucky Us.... They can actually Serve a Great Product when not to busy serving coffee all night.... The Burgers were Hot and Juicy, also made and put together correctly.. the fries were cold, sucked as any other fast food place.... The Best Part were the Frosties at the end of the night. The are always nice and creamy, chocolaty Good.......

Within the local area when I need a quick bite i generally prefer Wendy's for their wide selection of sides. Their chili or jalapeño loaded fries are a guilty pleasure of mine. Coupled with Coca-Cola freestyle, Wendy's simply has more options for better prices. I never have any issues with my service or orders, my only pet peeve is when using a third party delivery service, Wendy's doesn't use security seals or stickers on their takeout bags.

I have been at this Wendy's numerous times throughout the years. The workers are pleasant. The place was recently renovated. The food is good normally. On this particular day my fries were cold and my burger was dried out like it was sitting too long under a heat lamp. I had gotten the four for $4 deal. The chicken nuggets were good. This was the first time I was disappointed with my food here. It's possible new workers learning or just having a bad day. Anyway I still will go back because they have great chili and frosty's.
