ordered takeout. food prepared on time. got to window and wanted cole slaw. lady said okay. did not charge me. I did not get my pop. all okay but breast could have been cooked longer. Otherwise satisfactory trip.

ive had it multiple times in the past year and only 2 TIMES have they gotten it right.. TODAY i got mac n cheese from there and a ROACH was in it crawling around i look in it more and theres one MIXED in with it as well. won’t be eating there again.

Picked up order. Drove home, unpacked bag. Missing 8 tenders. Called, girl not apologetic. Drove back to restaurant and went through drive thru as directed. Not ready, pull around and they will bring out. Waited 10 minutes. Walked inside and lost it. Girl said they had been ready and waiting. At no time did anyone apologize for the mistake, in fact it seemed they didn't care. Also, no dipping sauces as indicated in the order. I don't plan to return, will go to Popeyes instead. Not busy, so no reason for any mistakes.

Always accommodates my requests for just the legs and are always friendly about it. Always fresh, never feel like they've been sitting out for a long time.

"No chicken livers for over 2 years", they said,"and no potato wedges". They said this like I should've knew that. My local KFC has livers and wedges and chicken and dumplings. Maybe my home KFC has extras the others don't,I don't know. The place was good enough I suppose,they threw in free fries cause that's what they were giving us to start with even though I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Free fries though. They were friendly though.
