Miss the old KFC the chicken strips tasted old dried out and tough. Freezing cold fries forgot our cookies..and tasted like I got the strips at dq for twice the price..sad to see the buffet gone and we had to clean a table off to sit down after realizing they were all dirty...haven't been here for so long and probably won't go back anytime soon..

I don't eat out often. But when I do I want my food to be prepared the way I ask. Without having to feel like I'm asking for too much. My first visit to this KFC was great. I asked for fresh fries and received fresh fries. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. My 2nd and last visit to this KFC was not okay. I asked for fresh fries. The lady that was taking my order was actually frustrated because I asked for my fries to be fresh? I thought to myself, no you're just overthinking as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food. Upon getting my food I was disappointed. My fries were not fresh. Fresh fries were mixed with old fries. Some of the fries were hard and stale. I was given extra tenders but some were hard and stale as well. Unacceptable. Thank you for the polite customer service provided by the young man who brought my food out to me. But I will not be returning to this KFC fast food establishment. You can't have people working for you who would do things like this to your customers. Bad business ethics. Thank you and have a nice day.
