Don’t know how to maintain soda machine. Both drinks were carbonated water. Got both sides on both orders wrong. And want me to drive my terrible on fuel truck 15 minutes back up there to only get my sides while my food is cold. Managers said that’s all they could do for me. I’m not poor but do appreciate wrongs not made right. This place is terrible. Drive to Richmond rd it’s worth it.

I will never eat here again. Some of the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. To top it off the food was completely half hearted and poorly made. Let this place close for good and hopefully a place that cares about customers like chic filet will take its place. Avoid at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst experience at a taco bell my entire life. Had to call corporate and report the general manager for a bad attitude and arguing with me about my order in the drive through. No hard feelings here, but i will not give my business to those who dont deserve it.

Okay so we're vacationing down in VA from New Jersey. This is probably the best food I've had at a Taco Bell. Everything was hot and freshly made and evenly spread. None of those dreaded burrito bites of one ingredient after the next. Very friendly and clean. Sure it's a KFC/Taco Bell fast food joint but in that category this one gets 5 stars.

Worst service at a Taco Bell ever. Pulled up to the drive to order mins you there are no car at the order box. We say hello and all we get is “yeah how can I help you” we start to order and we hear (sucking of the teeth) “wait a minute” after waiting 4 minutes for the person to come back the is another person asking for our order. Rude and unpleasant folks.

The Drive-through was a mess. The server wasn't paying attention and when he finally did he got my order wrong. I got the wrong food when I got to the window, and they didn't put any napkins in the bag. The place is slipped badly. No wonder they're cutting back they're operating hours
