Its annoying that the register prompts for a tip on every purchase. Why would you possibly be tipping? It's fast-food and the person simply does their job just like McDonald's.

Nice Subway. Ravi was very nice. Conscientious about his job. Restaurant was well stocked. Very clean.

The associate working was the only person working today during the lunch hour. I could kick myself for not looking at her name tag. She took her time with each customer, got their order right, and thanked them for their patience. She changed her gloves between each order which is something I see not happening more and more in restaurants (especially when busy). This will be my go to Subway.

I'll give them 5 stars for being courteous and providing a good sandwich, but ......had a coupon for a reduced price sandwich, let them know before ordering and then was told at register it was not useable on a premium sandwich and the coupon had no stipulations.....

Worst place I've been to. I understand new employee's have to learn things, but the manager her self doesn't know how to do her job, which includes using the POS computer correctly. Wouldn't recommend this one. I suggest going down the road to the one by Harris teeter.

Technology challenges? My ordered was deleted somehow and then my sandwixhes were hurriedly made. Not so great when they are rushed and trying to follow a order from online
