I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad. Delicious! I went through the drive-thru, they took my order as soon as I pulled up, had me to the window, paid and delivered my food within no time. Quick, friendly service with great tasting food...what more can you ask for?!

I've never been screamed at through a speaker, and then cussed out for not knowing they have two different burger sizes. The evening employees are the absolute trashiest people I've ever met. They're honestly probably just mad because they're in their 40s and will never have a career doing anything that matters.

Place was very busy, short staffed. They asked everyone to be patient because they were doing the best they can. Food came out relatively fast, fresh, and delicious.

Placed a mobile order and app crashed repeatedly. Went in to ask if they got my order and an employee said no. Ordered similar items and gave my name to which the employee said "oh did you place a mobile order?" Mobile order wasn't correct, either. Manager got irritated with me for holding up the line and not wanting to pay twice. Then another incorrect copy of my order was ready...

Excellent choice we leaving Bush Gardens or Water county as the have fast service and nice employees. Side note: don't go the McDonald's at the next as they are never opened, lobby closed, or some other irresponsible excuse for not serving the customers.

I eat here very frequently. The day crew is amazing and the food is always correct, hot, and quick. Some days you have your food before your card even finishes ringing up.

James Towne is always beautiful in any Weather! My wife and I can't even begin to imagine what it was like landing here after a 3 month+ voyage to no paths no lights not knowing what lay ahead of them when survival wasn't a game!!
