Ok so I always get the big cat sandwich from hear this is my 15th time coming hear it is always good, but on my last visit I got a shrimp platter for a coworker and I will say it it wasn't enough food he was still hungry its was 14 something just add some more fries to it as a filler management , my big cat was on point as normal

Great seafood spot. The prices were fair and the fish was well seasoned and not too bready. Fried shrimp were excellent and so was the flounder and the fried sweet potato fries - as well as the fried okra. The restaurant was clean and the cashiers were friendly. The entire family enjoyed it. We visited twice while staying at our timeshare. I recommend if you want to get some not to expensive but good seafood for the family.

You can’t find a better Poboy sandwich anywhere near this area! Was a great fine food in customer service were amazing and we caught it at just the right time. 10/10

Ordered 2lbs of whiting, the first batch the cook placed our fish in the container. The second batch the cashier started placing our fish in the container using the same gloves she used to collect the money. She realized I was watching and then just dumped the fish into the container. I politely told her I didn’t want that container and she reluctantly asked the cook to cook another batch. I won’t eat there again. Their handling of the food is very suspect, just watch how they handle your food

I placed a call in order and paid over the phone as requested. When I arrived I checked my order and asked the woman who had given me my food (red head) for some hot sauce. After giving me those I asked if I could have another tarter sauce in place of the cocktail sauce in my box. She sat it onto one of my food containers. I said thank you and she just walked off. I told her that she was rude and that if I hadn't already paid I would leave the food with her. I also asked for oysters fried hard and they were burnt. Worst experience at a skrimp shack that I have had and it was my first time visiting this location. If someone asking for condiments annoys you then you should not be working in customer service.

After having to wait 20 minutes and spending over 50$ the food was soggy from the grease.....the fish was clumps of batter. After refusing the order the told me I could not get a refund. This place will steal your money and laugh at you while doing it.
The. Dark haired manager was rude..nasty and mean. I will never take my family there again. Don't waste your money there

The people are fun and upbeat. The food is really wonderful. My son loves the Big Cat (both taste and size). Pretty affordable too.
