Almond milk in a pink drink???
And she didn’t know how to make a pumpkin foam cold brew..... it’s Almost October this drink has been out since August....
If a manager can email me that would be fantastic.

Not the best to be honest. Didn’t get my entire order, but the clerk was very friendly. I think she needed more help on a busy Saturday afternoon. One drink was extremely good, the second one was missing the caramel sauce on top of the frap :( but it was still good

The service. She is not friendly. You must have numerous complaints about Rachelle. She must hate her job.
And the Starbucks at the 462 Harris Teeter has to close so that the barestro can take lunch. And they never take lunch at the same time each day. It depends on who's working. So you may have to wait 30 minutes to order.
Terrible customer service.

A bit slow about a minute longer to get my drink, but it's worth it. My drink(iced caramel cloud macchiato) was made better than other establishments near my location. Overall service was well done and I had a great experience.

We ordered a mocha & a caramel macchiato from a very rude barista and it was terrible - we then returned (after one sip) to get our money back. The barista had disappeared and the location seemed abandoned. I had to stop one of Harris Teeter's employees for help. She on the other hand was VERY HELPFUL & friendly & jumped behind the counter to make us two new coffees.

I wish I could give this establishment no stars. On 3 separate occasions my husband and I have gone to this store, since the Harris Teeter it's in opened (about 2.5 weeks now). On all 3 occasions the staff was under trained, and our drinks were made incorrectly. Today was our last attempt. We ordered 3 drinks and while the obviously nervous new barista tried her best to ring them up (incorrectly as it turns out), then take the order of a family of 4, then 2 individual ladies, the other two baristas were sitting at a table, watching. They did not get up to help out the poor woman until after the family of 4 completed ordering. Even after talking the barista through EACH DRINK, 2 of them were not made correctly. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

Horrible staff, only one person in front of me and the employee decide to start a conversation and force me to wait 10 minutes before taking my order. To top it off, the worst Mocha coffee ever tasted. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars! One barista Ruins this Starbucks! Not one time have I received my order correctly from him. I ordered 4 mocha fraps. I received 4 WHITE fraps. How is this even possible!? I spent $25.00 for frozen milk!!!!
