Mcdonald's

I pulled off the highway to grab a quick bite and continue on to Phoenix. Horrible choice. I'm assuming that my situation was isolated (?) As it was December 24th and the only reasonable explanation for being so slow would be understaffing. We sat well over 15 minutes at the window in the drive thru.

No No No! Understaffed! Over worked!! I want the DMs number. This is ridiculous. We again are trying to get back to full service to fast. The Lobby needs to stay closed especially sense they are under staffed and not enough people. Dial it back. My son and I ate here today for brunch. Fry were hot, service took 25 minutes. It was a train wreck. The employees were trying to keep up but had no direction to go. They had 1 they had to send to break because she was frazzled another on line making food and 1 in drive through being pulled in all directions. Noone working the counter at all. I watched thousands of dollars walk out today because here we go let's push everyone to there breaking point. Whoever the DM is at this location here is the "Free Advice". Close your lobby turn off curbside. Your understaffed and your guest are suffering because of it. People are getting messed up, wrong, and cold orders. You are failing your team Mr. DM/ Owners. Help your staff. They need it. I can imagine your turn over rate is 90%. Less then a month. Hope you listen and take my advice. If you want to actually make money owning your restaurant it needs to start back slowly and get staffed fully first. Then you need to help your older population with ordering on the kiosk. If you want to talk in more detail reply to this. Keep in mind I do this for fun I font like giving bad reviews but this was not nice for your employees today at all.

I waited in line for 30 minutes and people behind me got their food. A school bus came and they got their food again before me. Then I women working the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. This is ridiculous. I almost always wait and significant amount of time for my food. Once I waited 20 minutes for a iced coffee when there was one vehicle infront of me. If I could give zero stars I would. People cry for more money and they are worthless.

Let me just start off saying my fiance and I had a HORRIBLE NIGHT. Our car wouldn't start and we waited until 7am to get the car towed but only to be left behind. This particular McDonald's was located beside the store where we were left. We went in to use the restroom and got ourselves together. Everyone was polite and spoke very kindly. We were in and out of that restaurant for about 11 hours. Due to being stranded with no car nor help. No one looked at us as if we were agitating them due to the in and out (they keep it cold lol). So as it's getting later into the day I begin to cry because I don't know what to do. One lady (employee) walked up to us and asked if we were ok and I cried even harder and my fiance being to tell her.....You guys this lady gave us food which I couldn't eat because I was sick to my stomach thinking of a way to get home. She contacted someone whom she knew to give us a ride to the next place who wouldn't charge us an arm and leg. I overheard another employee ask if there is anything he could do.....I felt a little better knowing that there are people in the world who are actually genuine and kind. I hope we cross paths with her again and the young man again. BLESSINGS, THANK YOU SO MUCH‼️Still haven't made it home yet 🙏 24hrs no place to go .

This McDonalds goes out of it's way to undermine the meaning of service that McDonalds Corporate is trying to define as their standard. If you go inside this restaurant, don't expect "Table Service" through the McDonalds App to mean they will bring your order to your table ("Like the app says they will"). This location is absolutely not interested in providing customer service at any level, and can't be bothered to clean either tables, or the drink station. If you order a cheeseburger, you can expect half the slice of cheese to be completely not touching the burger or bun because this location can't be bothered to take half a second to uphold McDonalds quality standards and keep everything within the bun. You can tell they are just throwing old, stale, cold meat and cheese onto a stale bun without any regard to quality whatsoever. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered - and believing it was likely an isolated incident, I have visited it multiple times over the last month. Every time without fail the service and quality was absolutely bottom of the barrel. I got actually hot food items a total of two times while I have been here way more times than I should. But it's a small town, with limited options, and they know it and pride themselves on being the last resort...and clearly have no intention of taking any kind of pride in their work. The owner of this restaurant is clearly not involved and not interested in upholding McDonalds quality standards, which defined how franchises should be held accountable. I will be reporting this location and it's owner to Corporate. What a shame. If I wanted a Hamburger with Cheese on the side, I'd go to Burger King.

Flies all over the place, not a clean table in sight. It was not busy at all. Smelled like a dirty bathroom in the resturant. Ordered a big mac, but staff failed to mention they were out of lettuce. A big mac without lettuce is disgusting. Not big on McDonalds, usually don't eat there, but this was not a good experience and worthy of a review.

Tried to order through the drive the through and the worker could not get my order right even after I repeated it multiple times. And in the end before I could clarify my order, he went silent. I waited for a minute and he came back and when I verified my order, he still got it wrong. I just cancelled my entire order and went to Popeyes a couple minutes down the road.
