Nice little neros coffee shop, staff are friendly and helpful good selection of hot and cold drinks available along with a limited selection of snacks and sandwiches warm and cold.
My first time in Wigan - was stuck for an hour between trains so wandered into 'town'. Warm welcome from Sam and colleagues and a very good chai latte conjured up. Highly recommended. Thanks from Marc.
Best Cafe Nero I've ever been in. The staff are a happy bunch who obviously love their job and each other. Brilliant service from them as well. They always remember my large cappuccino with soya, even though I'm only an occasional visitor. Keep up the good work.
The female barrister in the shop is so rude and the customer service is extremely poor. I got a QR code redemption for a drink and she just refused the service and said they don’t provide the service. The code have worked in all other Cafe Nero shops, it’s so ridiculous.
placed an order for delivery and still not had delivery 90 minutes later. no way to cancel and no way to contact these people. useless
Fantastic welcoming staff, decent coffee and a comfortable, clean environment.
