Poor, slow service. Staff not engaging. Got my order wrong. Bins and disposal areas within the restaurant were all full. Horrendous. Far better experience at their other main store at Moor Lane, also in Widnes. Won't be back. Needs a big shake up.
Ordered on just eat then didn't turn up after 2 hours so I rang, they said order had been "cancelled", and I hadnt cancelled it. Then it turned up after 3 hours, I had ordered from somewhere else and now I'm down £28 because of this branch. Don't bother visiting here. Awful service!
