Staff here lately have seemed quite lazy. They no longer offer to give you your receipt and today charged me for 5 donuts rather than the 2 donuts and 2 coffee rolls I ordered resulting in me being charged slightly more. I also have noticed lately that pastry items and bagels are not as plentiful when I go there.

Good Coffee, Good Food, everything is good just Terribly Slow Drive Through from open to near 6am. I have seen mutiple people get upset waiting.
Waiting with 0 car's infront.
Microphone is Terrible sometimes you hear them sometimes you don't.
The wait time is Ridiculous with 0 to 2 car's in front of you. That is concerning.
Everything else good, people are grabbing it quickly on the way to work in the am and that is Unacceptable to have a wait time when nobody is in front of you.

I’ve never been in there drive thru for less than 10 mins. Slow and lazy

Never had a bad experience at this dunkins until today. The lady was rude from the start, i asked for a pumpkin spiced drink and they gave me a regular coffee. Had to go to a different location where they had better costumer service and took the time to do my drink.

The best thing about Dunkin is you can order the same thing everyday and you'll get something different :)

Great finally got my coffee made the right way it was take out three coffees

When I go to Douglas, Mass twice a week I always stop for my coffee and sandwich the people at the window are very pleasant and helpful.
