Dunkin'

Waited in line to be asked to wait even longer at speaker. (5min at the speaker before able to place order) Just to be told sorry we won't give you the advertised price because it was too late. But I waited for you to be able to take my order. Nope sorry, guess it doesn't matter to them to have good customer service 🙄

I went in last month to purchase a Cappuccino Blast. There was a sign right next to the intercom stating the medium Blast was $5. It was my mistake for not checking what I was charged because when I checked my receipt it said I was charged $6 and some change. I called the manager & told her about the incident. While she was polite, but she was incompetent because she said she would take the sign down because it was a mistake. She said I could bring in my receipt but that she was sorry. I did not want to return for the $1 they overcharged me for. I figured she would take the sign down but when I went back the next day the sign was still up. I ordered a Blast again & they said they were not on sale. When I asked why the sign was still up, she said the manager didn't see a sign!. It was not stuck to their grass it was by the intercom! How many brains does it take to figure out that the sign was still up? Sign was literally 2 feet further down. RIDICULOUS!!! I'll never come back to this Dunkin especially because they genuinely are incompetent employees. I deleted the app.

Had a bad day and wanted some icecream to make it better ...it worked. This location in Indiana has great employees who smile and speak wonderful English. I bypass the location on 87th Stony Island in Chicago and drive all the way to Indiana - yes another state just to get great customer service!! ...and fresh product!!

It’s really disappointing and it’s getting old that this location is being closed a couple days out of the week for what reason “I don’t know”. It’s a routine for me to stop here at the whiting Dunkin Donuts before work, and to see all the lights on and no workers. Clearly when the website and google states their open 24hrs..If the shop is closed than I recommend update your time.. It will really be appreciated and help us swing shift workers find another place to stop for coffee.

This is by far the worst dunkin' in the area!!! The coffee tastes nasty and burnt and the costumer service is HORRIBLE!! The only one who is nice is the blue eyed man. Everyone else is rude and doesn't know the first thing about costumer service. The best one is Kennedy in Hammond it's just far and out of the way when this one is right here, but I'd rather take that trip from now on.
