Dunkin'

Stopped by to get some wraps and they were super cold, the cheese isn't even melted. Literally slapped the sandwiches together and didn't toast them.. Asked them to heat it up and she tells me she can't because of covid 😆😆😆😆 how ridiculous when they are making my food with no masks and gloves 😆😆😆 no common sense, people are losing it 🤣🤣🤣 waste of time and food. Won't be coming back here

I live right near this dunkin, I am officially boycotting this one and will drive to a different location. I have tried over and over and over again with this dunkin, either my food is wrong, my coffee is wrong, food isn't cooked employee's are overworked so they are careless. What really upset me this very last time is I order a small ice coffee they tell me they don't have small cups!! Is it ok if they give me a medium, ok sure, I pay at the window and I ask are they charging me for a medium, the answer was yes, I don't care if it's only change I should of been charged a small. It is not my fault you don't have the right size cups!!! Im just done and will not return to this dunkin!

Asked for my hash browns cooked extra gave me them barely cooked they were all mashed up together barely cooked at all I actually sent them back to cook them more and they pretended to and just handed me the same back ten seconds later. Terrible customer service and worst coffees made there never consistent and never worth my money not happy with this coffee run won’t go to them again !!!!
