Kfc

Terrible , terrible , just terrible. Chicken was cold it wasn't crispy seemed like it was old asked for double mashed mashed potatoes got coleslaw instead. Paid for an extra biscuit didn't receive it so paid for double mashed and extra biscuit didn't get that. Decided to try again couple weeks later. Got the potatoes correct, biscuit was old and dry, chicken again was cold. I won't be going back ever..

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Went through the drive thru for coleslaw $2.60.There were 2 tablespoons in there. When I went inside to inquire about the side. I was treated very rudely. She pointed to the board and said that is the going rate,and walked away.I said probably not at Wegmans and she said "Tell Wegmans we say Hi" I know that all I ordered was slaw,but I am still a customer. I am a server and have never treated a customer so poorly whether they spent $260 or $2.60. As much as we love KFC we're done!!

The last time I was here the shift manager didn't help after getting our order clearly wrong and asking us what it was! The location manager also just plain and simple tried to ask us what is wrong with our order, but the shift manager would NOT stop being "the interrupting cow" as the joke goes and we ended up walking out and calling corporate about every single problem! They never have time here to clean tables or counters during COVID and don't stock up supplies to eat there! They get your order wrong if you use the drive through and there attitude is they don't care, just like cold food!
