I've always gotten great service and awesome food at Tochi. The people here are passionate about the food they serve. The vibe will make you comfortable while you slurp up the tasty noodles. There is far too much to recommend, try everything, you will not be sorry.

Sad to hear them closed at West Bend but I am super glad they came to Sheboygan. Be advised to plan ahead and come in early because this place fills up quick. I had the grass-fed beef Mazeman, and as always it is delicious. Will definitely become a regular for this restaurant.

LOVE IT! I have visited a few time now. I stop in about once a month and it keeps getting better with each bowl! Highly recommend the pork steamed buns.

I've been wanting to try some REAL ramen for a while now and Tochi finally delivered that to me. It's a very small location, like to the point there are only three tables and the rest is a bar top but regardless of that ithe restaurant has a very nice warm and clean atmosphere to it with great service to boot. The food itself was also great! The beef steamed buns were excellent, from the meat, the sauce, veggies AND the bread itself. The ramen was delectable to, I had to pace myself from wolfing it down! I loved Tochis, might come back in the coming days to, try it out, it's a great place!
Picture are of the inside and outside, a part of the decor, the menu, and food!

Tochi Ramen is a super rad spot offering delicious apps and types of ramen. The miso eggs are great, the pork bun is fantastic, and the tonkotsu are amazing. 11/10 would recommend and would go again!

Devoured some of the best ramen and pork steam buns I’ve ever had last night! The owner Chef Gregg really knows his way around a bowl of ramen and has owned several other places in the Milwaukee area. It was a pleasure to talk with him about his passion.
The restaurant opens at 4, with only a couple tables and a first come first serve ramen bar to sit at. I arrived promptly at 4 as reviews says it fills up fast! I got one of the last spots at the bar, even getting there super early, so if you’re ever going to try this place, arrive ready to wait!
I chose the Grass Fed braised beef mazeman, which was done in Shoyu broth with pickled shiitakes, smoked bone marrow butter and the most perfect soft boiled egg. The broth was so savory, and all the ingredients blended so well!
I will definitely be back to try other Menu items

The food is just amazing! The atmosphere in my opinion is very cool. Make sure you don't walk in expecting to sit down right away unless your timing is spot on. We waited about 40 minutes and it was worth every minute. If your looking to broaden your horizon and try something different you can't go wrong. Menu is small and I personally like that. Small menu really means the food is the focus.

Ramen is great. Service is okay…they always are busy, but attentive. Owner is funny and engaging and super informative. I’ve read some of the other reviews…I don’t like it when people have zero tolerance attitude and say I won’t be back. To that say… have any of you made mistakes? And, also, more room for me if you don’t want to visit again. I feel for people in this industry..it’s not easy. I feel like I received great food with good service. I’d like to review where you all work. Good work Tochi, I will be back!
