Friendly, helpful service. Very clean. My daughter loves the mac and cheese. I have gotten sandwiches and salads and they are consistently good!

At our favorite Panera’s, we met Nick for the first time. Nick took our order and I must write that he is an exceptional individual, which is a lot to say for someone taking an order. His attitude, friendliness and dedication stood out. Kudos to Michael, the manager, for establishing an environment where his employees and the atmosphere they help create never fails to impress.

This particular Panera location has very nice staff and friendly/helpful management anytime I’ve been in. Noticeably kind people seem to work there and manage. And it seems genuine. It’s always a pleasant experience.

This Panera Bread easily has the fastest and most efficient pick up services. I ordered at the front and walked over to the waiting area. All the employees are extraordinarily nice and efficient. I had my food so fast that it could make my head spin. This Panera has my business.

The studying environment is great but the food is kinda average and overpriced.
Mac & cheese- high calorie but tasty
Asian salad- I don’t recommend
Greek salad- i rec adding edamame to it to make it edible
Broccoli cheddar soup- okay , I’d rather get the Mac
Bread (served with soup/Mac)- okay
Tuna salad sandwich- if fills you up but I wouldn’t buy it again
Iced caramel latte- my fave drink from the menu
Chocolate frozen cold brew- not bad

I don’t really do reviews but when I do I feel the need the person needs to be recognized!! The manager at this particular West Babylon location Lisa Went above and beyond to accommodate an order that was wrong prior to dealing with her. She was extremely respectful and willing to help will do anything to make a customer happy!! That is what you call good customer service and we need more managers/ employees like Lisa!!

Absolutely AMAZING STAFF!!! from the front end to the back end … this place has it together. I am in there frequently and the people who work here always greet you with a smile. They all work well together and There is just an overall good vibe. Stay AWESOME!! Thanks for being you!

Katelyn truly served such an amazing meal ! Truly the best team member. She’s so fast and good at what she does. I definitely don’t want anyone else making my food. And her customer service skills were superb, will definitely be coming again!! Someone give her a promotion 😻

Panera is just smart. They let you use their community room to work without being bothered. Plus the coffee is great and so is the food.
