Subway

The people working here didn’t even know what they were doing. They made orders from the back of the line and had them cutting people. They put four pieces of ham on the whole footlong, barely any lettuce and didn’t ask if we wanted it toasted. It took us 20 minutes to get the worse looking sandwich, dot make sense to me. This was the biggest waste of money and I am very dissatisfied. It only takes that one bad experience to lose a customer. This is my last.

Sometime in the last few days, I won't say when exactly to protect the poor employee, I went to check out at the register of Subway in Wendell. The employee stopped me in mid-transaction and told me not to leave a tip. They told me the manager has been collecting tips for 3 months and they haven't seen a penny of it. He literally cancelled my transaction on the pin pad to set it back up without the tip before I tapped the card. They were super polite and patient and deserved a tip. They didn't take that frustration out on me at all.

My experience was very satisfying...I enjoyed the steak and cheese foot long...the single employee was courteous and efficient ... The food was good and the tables were clean... though lacking certain ingredients and drinks...I will definitely try them again in the future .. I recommend based on this experience...

The first time I ordered from this Subway the subs were properly made and fresh & today I ordered 3 subs & my daughter's sub had hair inside the wrapping paper & my mother's sub was just throwed together the mayo was slopped up & the lettuce looked withered and dark I immediately threw my sub away without touching it the bread was hard and stale I will never ever go back to this particular subway!! Order at your own risk!!!

Very bad experience, owner of this place is very Stingy he work with his wife and both Stingy we order full size turkey subs she put only 6 thin paper slices of turkey and she cut each one slice 2 pieces to full the Bread and 2 slices of cheese sandwich was completely empty and when we ask to add more she said no we can’t and they was rude , look like they give you them food , and when I said we good no need for (( clean my sandwich from all food and put bread back to the same place she got from to sell it to another customer )) cheap place cheap way and not not safe Recycling other customer sandwich to make extra money they think they still in India . Corporation must watch that store if they want keep subway name good looking
