Friendly. The food tastes like Kentucky Fried Chicken used to taste. Easily my favorite KFC.

They go by the code with covid 19 and they are very clean and great timing on orders and all the employees are so friendly so yeah it's a great place to eat in or take home or order from app and pick up. Thanks KFC Welch, WV I'm definitely gonna recommend them

More employees than customers and still couldn't get a single order correct. Two employees were just standing around being profane and complaining. Employees smoking 2ft from the entrance. Zero management. The Colonel would be ashamed

They never have anything you order!! Always say no cole slaw, no extra crispy and no baked beans!! But food is good when they have what you want..lol
