Dunkin'

Ordered a $6 iced latte with oat milk. First got oat milk with a splash of coffee not even latte. Second time guess they didn’t like my complaint there was about a 1/4 missing food was awful service was horrid. Never again. I have to throw this out. I’m not sure how the rest of the staff is but this morning was awful. I also was waiting forever.

Very dirty. Manager was rude and racist. The water they keep their stirring spoon in is dirty and murky. I asked for a refund for the extremely bitter coffee and they refused saying they “weren’t able to” when I know that is a complete lie. Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’.

While the service at this establishment is typically very good, for any consumer, it comes down to the quality of the product. Coffee is often not made right. Food is often either over or under-cooked. Too often they run out of popular products, which suggests poor inventory management. I continue to frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts out of convenience. I hope they do better soon.

The new manager at this dunkin donuts is really rude I'm a loyal customer there everyday . I definitely will be taking my business else where. She doesn't make your coffee right and if you ask her to remake it she gets mad and tries to recharge you she'll literally argue with you. Me being a faithful customer doesn't need to deal with someone like her at all. Paige an employee there is very nice I will only go there if I see her working if I don't see her there I'm taking my business else where. It's a shame because I been going to this Dunkin's for years that manager ruined that
