First time I've been to this location and it will be my LAST! I picked up two orders of the 3 piece tender combo meals and took them home. My four year old son ate the biscuit and 1 tender. I ate a tender and felt like something was off with the smell. Then I saw a small fly come out of the box. At the same time my son complained his stomach bothered him. I tossed both meals in the trash. Both of us had instant indigestion and have been sick all night. After reading other reviews tonight on KFC in Webster I am angry. This establishment is clearly not following food safety guidelines. I felt it was imperative to write this review due to the gross negligence of this filthy establishment.

Visited the Webster,Ma location. Chicken was not what we ordered and it was very overcooked. The person tending drive thru orders was taking orders thru headset while she was outside smoking several times. (Never washed her hands before returning to work!) This used to be our "go to" place for a quick meal. Been going downhill for several months now 😢

Went through the drive thru on Saturday evening around 430 pm. Girl taking our order sounded like we were an inconvenience and our order was NOT complicated!! We got an order of KFC fries, 2 chicken littles with no mayo, add BBQ ,2 drinks and an order of popcorn chicken.If there we 10 fries in that container we were lucky, the chicken littles had mayo on them and some kind of hot sauce, NOT BBQ and were thrown in the trash, popcorn chicken looked like crumbs from the bottom of the bag and were almost too crispy to eat. We stop here every Saturday during the summer on our way to our campsite. Every single week its something but this time was a complete mess. If our business isn't wanted or needed than we will most certainly go elsewhere. You may want to instruct your mediocre crew in customer service and food preparation
