Wendy's

This location is not only unprofessional and nasty but their general manager was at this location when the employee decided it was best to not only be rude on the phone but withheld her name as I asked whom was a speaking with . I would never recommend this location and will be placing a review everywhere possible to avoid others from dealing with experience.. this location makes Wendy’s as a company look horrible. Need to be invested

The line was long and miserably slow! The order... The chicken nuggets were warm at best, my double baonator had next to no condiments on it , the patties were dry and cold, literally 1 undersized piece of bacon(see photo) my cheddar bacon potato, with extra cheese and bacon was seriously lacking(see photo). When they did finally answer the phone, I got lip service, and a promise to replace the entire order.

The night service of this location was extremely rude, made comments about the long order the customer in front of me made and cashier caught a attitude with me. After the cashier caught an attitude with me another individual of what looks like management also caught an attitude with me. Found myself in an argument with two different employees at this location at 12 o’clock in the morning after waiting 25 to 30 minutes in the line for service. They were about 4 to 5 employees present at the time so not much of an excuse for how long the wait was.

Why even have a place like this open? Just close so people won't waste time and money going there. They were literally serving one person at a time. 10 people in line, and one person has to order and receive their food before the next order is taken. The line is 10 plus every time I go there.. and the food is horrible.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Ordered thru grubhub and was expecting 2 $5 biggie meals with 2 chocolate frosty's and 1 chili only to get 4 chili's, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 cheeseburgers, and 4 fries. Then called the manager that worked at 6pm on Wednesday the 3rd of November 2021 and was told to "not order it then". Their words exactly. I'm sorry but working at a fast food restaurant they should at least hire managers that are going to do their job properly and be respectful towards their customers.
