Arby's

Tried a piece of the creamy Mediterranean wrap recently & I thought it was alright. So the next trip to Arbys I ordered my own. I don't even understand how anyone could let this monstrosity out the door. The small amount of Chicken is already a bad start, but it's not even cut into slices. It was still a whole small piece & those 2 pieces are all I got. Who thought That small uncut piece of Chicken to the right was supposed to be enough meat for a wrap. The lack of coordination in the production of this Sandwich is very unappreciated on my behalf. I paid for a lettuce tomato wrap with sloppy creamy sauce. Whoever made this wrap should be prosecuted. Not a fan of this Location already so it'll be a very long time before I make the bad decision to go back there. And if you have a problem with workers with no masks, don't go here. None of them had any masks on.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Chris and Eryca! I went thru the drive thru and it was SUPER BUSY! They were short staffed but you’d never know it. Yes, I had to wait a few minutes but I got to the window and was greeted with a smile! Both VChris and Eryca embraced the chaos and made the best of it. So, next time you go to the drive thru, please be patient and give them the kudos they deserve. P.S. @Arbys- they deserve a raise!!!!
