Wincoffee! Store has updated coffee program, was fresh with several different creamers. Fresh food display fully stocked. The store was clean and front/faced, candy counter full. The employees were respectful and even joking. I suspect, after reading reviews, that changes were made. Corporate does read the reviews through the field consultants who visit weekly.

This particular 7-11 (route 23 south wayne nj, conneced to shell gas station) is the absolute worst. Time and time again the service and the treatment of customers is disgusting. You have to closely watch the owner (balding, middle age man with a pointy nose and glasses). When he rings you up he neglects to hit "final sale", thus charging you more. Him doing this isn't an isolated incident. It's the norm. I can go on and on about this awful place. I now travel furthur to go to another 7-11 to get my coffee. And truthfully, more and more I've been going to Quick Check. If 7-11 corporate cares about the 7-11 brand and business--They'd do something about this dirtbag of a manager. This store and how its run is damaging the 7-11 brand. This guy is THAT bad.

Horrible and rude. The place is dirty, the man behind the counter was rude and lazy. I've been going there for years to grab drinks and snacks and it's been just ok. Today I went in got some candy and want to trade in my scratch off lottery tickets that were winners for more. First the guy takes them to throw in the trash. I proceed to tell him no they are winners and I want to cash them in for more tickets. He tells me scan them at some lottery machine first to tell me if they are winners. I said they are so I don't need to I want to trade them in for more. He tells me no. Either he's extremely dumb or extremely lazy or most likely both. If you want a friendly and clean 7-11 experience go to the one in Pompton Plains. Hopefully they build a quick check right next door to this one.
