We were told there were no donuts. No white mocha because it's discontinued but is advertised on their sign? The server said "I guess I could make a hot chocolate" The latte machine was down because it was before close but It was over an hour before close? No words were said to us when paying..

Honestly people here are always rude, they constantly mess up orders, machines are constantly down, and they don’t update their signs. There has been multiple times where I’ve tried to order something that is on the sign and they will rudely tell me it’s discontinued. Makes me angry every time I attempt to go to them.

Not sure why they can't make two coffees the way that people ask for them when it's not even busy in there waited 15 minutes for two coffees

I had an amazing experience the other day. Credit card machine kept crashing. I was patient and told the employee to take his time, because I understand after 28 years of customer service that things like this happen during rush hour. He tried three times but machine kept failing. He paid for my coffee and told me it was on him. Thank you sir and hope your day got better.
