Visiting from Toronto and stopped off to get a cup of water for my puppy and they rudely told me no they cannot do that and that I’d have to purchase something in order to get a cup of water. This is the first time I’ve visited a drive thru and asked for a cup of water for my puppy and have been turned down. I went to the Burger King right across the street and they were glad to give me a cup of water as well as a free small unsalted fries for my puppy.

Super arrogant staff, unknown why it feels like they hate working there or they're having a bad day but taking it out on customers is a bad idea. Misunderstanding the order and refusing to correct it, and intimidating you by saying that their colleagues think that I'm wrong too. Very disappointed in service, luckily the food quality isn't bad... but i guess that's because she wasn't the one who made it -_-

theres a employee here, with lashes, in mid 20s... nasty nasty little lady. rude. inconsiderate. slams drive thru window in your face or simply stands there.... during bussiness hours, ignores you when at window than says she cannot serve you, their closed.. during bussiness hours. my child is autistic and had meltdown outside and she had the nerve to call cops on my son because of her and makes a complaint even crying wolf. ( this is drive thru) and going into resturant and her serving you, dont be surprised if she spits in your order) EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERB.

Super rude staff asked for a extra cup and was willing to pay and the denied me even tho I was willing to pay for another cup, I don't understand what the issue was if I was willing to pay money for another cup, the lady working the till is always rude to customers, I've been going to this tims on and off for 10 years and it's the same woman power tripping every time, I went to Starbucks where I got a free cup free of charge so I guess the morale of the story is go to Starbucks it's a better company
