Horrible customer service and no sense of time management. Went in to pick up an Uber eats order and there we’re already 4 people in front of me waiting for their online pick ups and instead of trying to get the online orders out of the way they just kept helping the people in line that are ordering their food at the restaurant. I waited a total of 40 min they finally came up and asked for the name on my order then proceeded to tell me I was going to have to wait another 15 min cause they had a wait on something. They need to focus on the online orders that are already paid for instead of starting one then a person comes in the door so they set it down to help that person over and over again. They worked on one online order for a solid 15-20 min cause they just kept helping the people that were coming in to eat at the restaurant.

Pick ups are a nightmare! I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone finally even acknowledged me and asked for the names for my orders, then proceeded to just help the people in line as more just kept coming in. About 10 more minutes go by as more people coming in and get what they want and leave in maybe 5 minutes. Finally there’s nobody in line and they then tell me it will be 15 more minutes before my orders are ready so I obviously just cancel at that point like what are priorities, its not like I’m still picking up for your customers waiting this long for what….?!?!?! If you’d focus on the orders already paid for with people in line, as well as the people not waiting at all in line maybe the day might go a little better. Mind you there were a handful of other people waiting for pick up orders as well.

Seems like they never prepare quite enough food to serve people when they walk in so it seems like there is always a wait. Also kinda bothered me that they would fill online orders before people standing right in fron of them, I understand that they need to be filled but they have to wait for delivery anyways so take care of the people standing in front of you

Every time I come in there they’re out of something. My most recent visit they were completely out of white rice and had just ran out of fried rice (they had more fried rice being prepared). I asked how long it would be for white rice and they said an hour because they hadn’t even started cooking it. Why would they wait until they completely ran out of a product to start making more of it? Are they unaware that the dinner rush was coming? Mind you we waited in line for about half an hour (there were just 4 people ahead of us) just to find out they didn’t even have the rice we wanted. It happens every time. I’ll be taking my business to the Cedar Falls location from now on.
