Ihop

I got the buttermilk chicken with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. The food was great. The service was subpar. They weren't busy and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about our party of 6. I was in town visiting my sister after not seeing her for 5 years and our experience going out to eat here could have been better.

Where do I start? OK. First of all, Like everywhere else, they were extremely short staffed. But I had the most amazing waitress. She did her best to constantly come by to see if we needed anything.. She was amazingly friendly. I felt like she really cared.. The food was fresh and good. My hats off to the cook. I saw the manager pitching in to clean off tables. He did so with a smile, and still made time to greet the guests coming in. I highly recommend this establishment. 👌 😃😃😃😃

Employees out-numbered the customers(4) seated at 2 tables vs. 2 servers and 4 cooks, dishwashers, etc. Despite this the service was slow and lousy, disinterested, untrained. The hash browns were cooked hard. Not crispy, just over-cooked until they were HARD! Uneatable. The over-easy eggs were the same. Hard rubbery, yolks were solid. Pancakes were fantastic!!! Place was clean and well maintained. Simply down hill service and food. Used to love the place, but wont be back or not for a long time anyways. I actually expect this will be closed down soon. Too much good food competition in the area. I dont usually leave bad reviews but it simply is what it is... pricey, slow, nasty food, good pancakes.

We walked in and a whole group complained about the wait. I knew right away the staff was overwhelmed. Regardless this is a SIT DOWN restaurant. Expect delays especially when they are short staffed. They didn't have ice when we arrived.. and it was super hot to the point that thry opened a door. so 3 bad things off the bat. The plus and why I'm giving 5 stars? The food is good AND the staff were very nice enough for me to wait!

My family came here on a Sunday morning and it was not even half full. My iced tea smelled like lake water, my pancakes had a long black fuzzy hair in it, my daughter got a burnt hotdog with her food instead of sausage, my husband's pancakes were burnt and the bathrooms needed some serious attention. I feel for our waitress because the kitchen is not helping her with her job. She wasn't super friendly but I can't really blame her. She was doing her best. Worst showing of an ihop.

on a road trip home from montana to indiana and stopped to get some pancakes. waited about 15 minutes for someone to even come take our drink order and give us silverware. then after we ordered our food, we waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get the food. me and my boyfriend watched the workers argue with each other…even argue about OUR order and how it was being made wrong. got up and left with an empty stomach. very disappointed. wish i could leave 0 stars
