Just had the best ever customer service at any Dunkin I’ve ever been to by Julia. Julia was so friendly and made the best coffee I have had even taking the extra time to stir the ingredients in. This girl is management material. The world needs more people like Julia!

The "funny guy" really needs to focus less on his improv and more on work. Its about 1/3 as charming as he seems to think, and there's always a problem with my order when he's working. Sounds like a fun place to work, but that isn't translating into good customer service.

Usually the service and products are fine, don't appreciate having some kid patronize me about what a BLACK coffee is though. I wouldn't order something if I didn't know what it was. Thanks!

Came through the drive thru and whoever was taking my order thought it’d be funny to put on a ridiculous accent, which I didn’t appreciate at all. Not only because is was obnoxious while you’re supposed to be serving me, but also because it was obvious he was more focused on sounding like a surfer guy than listening to what I was ordering. It’s sad because I heard good things about this Dunkin but my experience was so uncomfortable I probably won’t go back here, at least for a while.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too, ordered a bagel twist the other day and it literally tasted like chemicals, hash browns were cold, girlfriends sandwich was literally burned black, and my coffee had all the syrup stuck to the bottom, like how do you even serve that when people pay money? Have them a second chance and they still did just as bad with the same order.

Always have an issue with you guys, hash browns are always soggy, cheese is never melted on my wake up wraps, my bagel is always under toasted and doesn’t have enough cream cheese(even when I ask for it toasted a little longer and extra cream cheese) and my moms coffee is almost always horrible.

I'm not crazy about their donuts although some places have better donuts than others even though they may look the same. When they're fresh they are good. But I often get them stale. And Dunkin donuts coffee cannot be beat, hands down the best.
